im looking at the whole picture. not bad quality so must be in the late 70's but then again it looks far newer than that maybe mid 80's if in knew joe didnt fight in that era.

That is Floyd 'Jumbo' Cummings, the ex con turned boxer that Joe Frazier fought to a draw against in Smokin' Joe's comeback fight in 1981.

In the seventies the German sports TV showed a short movie about Floyd Cummings. He started as an amateur and a fight against Theofilo Stevenson was considered. I do not know, whether this fight really happened.
