If both trained the same without the use of steriods.

If the male is like shit... at life..? Yes

No. I suppose if the woman has a better body type than the man did, MAYBE. There are three type of bosy type in biology and if she had a mesomorph (stocky and muscular) where as he had a endomorph ( long, lean and slender) theres a slight chance. But 99 time out of 100 the man gonna be bigger. Men produce more testosterone and androgens (which are primarily male hormones and testoterone) which help build muscles faster and be more productive. If she is one of those bitches with side burns and brood shoulders because he body produces androgens like men do, maybe. Im in school for this shit so I like topics like this.

If both trained the same without the use of steriods.:huh we kinda guessed without steroids.
depends on the female to the man. E.G. anne wolfe = BEAST
i think females can be stornger than their male counterparrts but it depends on who your talking about in general.
If they weigh the same and both train the male should be considerably stronger.

I'm 5'8 165Ibs. and bench 350 1 time and still haven't found a female bigger than me than can out lift who's not on steriods. And I don't use steriods either BTW. Just GNC stuff, like Creatine, Protein, and L-Argine.

She also works out twice a day, every single day.

no
I'm sure there are could be an exception but in general, no.

If a guy had done whatever it is you do, and take only what you do he would probably be a little bigger. Im not trying to be sexist or take anything away from you, I mean you lift a max of almost 100 lbs more than I do, but I mean... its science... Im sorry?

I was smaller than this. I was 135 in high school benching 250. So I did put weight on but I have a fast metabolism that's why I won't get any bigger than I am. And body mass has nothing to do with strength. I believe I have good tendon strength which means a lot and some guys don't if their bigger. I can lift a lot more than a lot of guys bigger than me.

Take it up with a biology book, I dont know what to tell ya. There just exceptions sometimes. You, apparently are one...

It's good your reading Biology but like you said, that doesn't always tell the whole story and neither do doctors who also claim to be experts. Their just people in a field who practice it but their not experts. If they were they would have a cure for everything.

Yes it is possible.
To get the best chance of it happening take the lightest guy possible and the female with the most muscle.
Obviously not very common.

trained the same w/ the same amount of weights/reps and all that, then ya i don't see y not...
all u said too was STRONGER in which it would make sense that if a girl can lift more than u than that part of her body is stronger. a lot of girls w/out training have really strong legs. u'd be surprised.

The average man is obviously much stronger than the average woman... however, the strongest women are obviously stronger than the weakest men...

If the weight is the same, I think you can find quite a few women who are stronger...that is if the man is built like Barrack Obama. But for the most part you're right. The vast majority of women do not have a strong upper body. Their strength is mostly in the lower body.

A 6' 5" 240lb women would be far stronger than a 5' 5" 120lb man even without the use of steroids.

No. Incredible female strength = Less than average male strength. If a 140 pound man can only bench press 175 he's not very strong. If a 140 pound female can bench 175 she's a mutant.
No woman on earth my weight can beat me in a fight or any feat of strength. Anne Wolfe doesn't see the 2nd round.

I caught it a couple of years ago, and was impressed (despite the, um, supplements they use).
They compete in most of the same events as the men (World's strongest man).

well like a mesomorph female might be stronger than an ectomorph male if trained to the upmost of their capabilities, but a male vs femal mesomorph the male will always be stronger i think, then again theres always expections....life aint that simple....

not always. certainly some of the olympic female lifters are stronger than a small man, but they are generally shorter and that kind of height is not necessarily good for the mechanics of weight lifting, which unfortunately must remain one of the few arbiters of strength. I maintain that in shape at 128 pounds and 5'8'' I will be stronger than your average 240 lb 6'5'' woman.

You'll not be stronger than a 6'5 240lb woman... to be that big, they must be a mutant or something.
I know a 6'5" woman, she's about 200 pounds, no fat. In shape, and she knows how to fight. She'd fuck you up Aramini, seriously.

maybe in a fight her height would be insurmountable, but is she really stronger than me? Can she bench 255 and curl 60 lb dumb bells? (as I said, strength is not the same as getting your ass handed to you - weak guys can beat strong guys - but one of the best measures of strength must be relegated to weight lifting. I can conceivably beat a 200 lb man who is not a smart fighter with speed and intelligent flurrying, using my legs to stay away as long as the height is somewhat close (5'10'' or below, I'd say) - but a good fighter at that size destroys me easily, of course.
but it is not a question of who would win the fight, but who is stronger. I don't personally know any woman as strong as me in real life, but I've seen them on tv - and those altoid strong women were considerably stronger.
I think she's stronger as well, she's very athletic. Probably not in benching though, as she's very tall.

I'm just saying that sometimes a little guy can still be stronger than a hulking brute of a woman. and sometimes weights are deceiving, as in my case.
I took a picture with Brian Viloria in which he weighed 120 lbs walking around (I asked him) and I weighed 128 lbs, and I looked monstrous next to him.

military did a study years ago. took females in boot camp that were at the top of their clases, physically. put the in a study that required that they work out and take supplementation to increase strenth and endurance. they reached the bottom of the male counterparts in other unsupplemented regimented classes. basically, it is like my father told me. never fuck or get involved with a woman you are not certain you can knock down with the first punch. Nature knows what is best, ok.
