I've read about 15 stories about Big Mac's new amazing physique, anybody saw any pics?

Does anybody think it's going to make any difference?

As far as I'm aware I always considered Enzo's stamina & conditioning to be acceptable. He seemed like a comfortable natural Cruiserweight.

If he got a new physique then he's going to come in quite a bit under the cruiser limit.

He only walks around at just over a few pounds over 200, doesn't he? If he's chiselled now, then he's probably gonna be 190 - 195.

It's basically saying his BMI has dropped but his muscle mass has upped drastically.

Nice to hear...........but so what??

Will no moobs be the deciding factor in a fight. :huh

His conditioning is very good anyway and if he is looking to improve on this then great, but the aesthetic appearance of Mac (in this instance firmness of his chest :blood) doesn't necessarily indicate whether Banks will get tuned up.

However, that being said I like Enzo and hope that he can bounce back in style after being thumped by Haye. I don't think we will see a different physique this time round, but we will see Enzo's hand raised at the end.

It's good if he's in better shape of course, but it wasn't his fitness that let him down against Haye - it was his technique.

He can stride in there looking like Michaelangelo's David, if he doesn't get that head moving more he's going to get whacked again by someone.

Cast iron source obviously.

But, if true, I wouldn't see such statements as a good sign. Enzo actually did have his hands up plenty high enough for most of the Haye fight. He also looked very nervous.

If he's scared to move his hands away from his chin, how is he going to throw any punches.

The Banks fight is going to be very instructive. But it's a very dangerous fight if he is still mentally affected by the whole Haye experience (and I don't just mean being ko'd because Maccarinelli was already clearly mentally fragile before he got to the ring).

FLINT ISLAND

I'm sorry, yes I am a noob, but 'I know a guy who bumped into Enzo in Tesco' is fucking lame.

Saying he's going to put his hands up from now on is hardly fucking scoop of the century.

and what's with the shock at someone calling Enzo ugly?

He looks like a cross between Tim Flowers and an Emu.

I am curious to see if these 'amazing new physique' boasts are all spin though.

I want to see pictures. Enzo has always been a hard trainer and for someone his size he has a good level of fitness. If that can improve, I would be impressed. I hope he beats Banks. I think he can. From what I've seen of Banks he looks unimpressive.

I've heard some of this kind of stuff form Enzo in the past. He was on a run of consecutive stoppages then was in the papers talking of his new weights routine and how he was punching harder - went 12 rounds in his next fight.

FLINT ISLAND

Yeah, but only in Swansea........

Enzo himself said in the Sun Newspaper the week of the Haye fight

"I didnt just want to be the glamour boy of my town"

He wanted to be more than just a pretty face and beat Haye to prove it

Things didnt work out

But he showed his heart after he remerged after the Lee Swaby loss explaining that..........

Saying that if you want to be gay................good luck to you mate.

But its not for me............I love women

The reason why I say stuff like that above

Its not being gay

Its being mature enough to recognise qualitys in other people

Like David Haye is a good looking playboy type guy

1. He had his hands up against Haye, but Haye countered him and fired fast shots through the guard.

He looked like an average pug off the street and David came in looking like a Greek demi-god. When you look the part invariably you act the part. Enzo looks like a guy who`s a tweener who`s too big to make 75 but too small to make 200lbs, much like Wayne Braithwaite. If his trainers had any common sense they would have had him on a solid strength regime to get his physical strength, punching power, and overall size up to par so that when he comes into the ring he`s a solid 200lbs who doesnt give away any physical advantages.

One of Britains finest ever fightersThe fighter is indicative OF THE BELT he wears around his waist. You never saw the best fighters in the world trumpetting the virtues of the WBU/WBF or the WBO for that matter. The same accusation can be leveled at Joe as prior to his fight with Lacy hardly any of his WBO defences were worth squat. The WBO belt historically has always had the weaker champions. Citing Joe as an example when its clear he is now an exception to the rule is fairly academic. The facts remain that by and large WBO champions and contenders are generally the weaker champs in there divisions. The marquee names that do win that belt again normally give it up after a few defences. The often coined phrase that fighters make the belts is simply bullshit. If Ricky won the WBU again tommorow i assure there wont be ANY fighter at 140lbs in a hurry to challenge for it.

Because he was there 130lb champ he got a crack at 35 and took the title there. Either way it wasnt a belt that he clung onto as did Artur Grigorian, Joe Calzaghe or Michalczewski. All of those 3 fighters defended that belt for long periods of times spanning multiple defenses an invaribly at some stage of there career the quality of there opponents was scrutinised intently. Well of course he does. Most fighters want that.

I'd sooner have the Redhead, she looks the type you could get your claws into, brainwash, marry, and completely rinse. Like, say, Katona.

surreal deal

Ive heard and read from a few people that the redhead is very hot in the flesh. She's not photo or tv genic, but mates who have seen her at Liverpool games say she's fit in reality.
But based on pics and TV,no im not including her.

serious question

there is alot of negative things said about Maccarnelli on these boards

why?

he is a decent guy.........a decent human being

he suffered a bad loss last time

but that dont erase all the good work he done before that fight

probably because you are annoyingly deluded, moronic and spam threads about Enzo 24/7.

Most people would probably have supported him, but it's win win now. If he wins it's good for British boxing, if he loses then you get ripped to bits on your own threads :rofl

I would just slam her head through the wall, shoot on her face and then run her over.

Horrible, horrible woman :deal

No

I cant take the blame for other people talking negatively about a fighter

Thats victim talk on their behalf.

I dont control other people............if they slag off Enzo they are responsible for that.
