Julian Jackson
Gerald McClellan
Raf Marquez
Ezra Sellers
Wlad
Acelino Freitas
Jorge Arce
Ricardo Lopez
Edwin Rosario(best work is a little out of the timeframe)
Micheal Spinks
Antonio Esparragoza
Diego Corrales
Khaosai Galaxy
John Mugabi
David Tua
Are other names you should probably consider...

No Julian Jackson? Pavlik shouldn´t be on the list. Even at mw there were/are bigger bangers than him - Miranda and Abraham to be precise. Mugabi could be included. Michael Moorer carried his power from lhw to hw and has a shot.
to be honest id never heard of julian jackson but he shows up on 2 peoples lists so il do abit research now:good i think im got a bit of a knowledge void between about 1980-95 :patsch

Julian had ridiculous power. Easily number 1 of the last 20 yrs imo. Do yourself a massive favour and put his name in a youtube search and be amazed.

Never heard of Jackson? He oughta be the consensus #1 for this list. Otherwise most of the names are covered.
Hamed
Tyson
Jackson
McClellan
Benn
Trinidad
Galaxy
Moon
Tua
Spinks

Imo Moorer hat more power p4p than Tua. He knocked everybody out at lhw - although not the best competition - and still had very good power at hw.Tua was possibly the hardest hitting HW ever IMO, so I can't agree.

i would add Edwin Rosario to those already mentioned.

would foreman merit a place , certainly in his heyday he was a massive puncher but did he carry it through enough in the 90's to be named up there ?probably not.

Okay, I disagree with this entirely - not surprisingly though since Tua is highly overrated by my oppinion. He does get overrated, I agree, but not in terms of punching power.

there's a good argument for this. and sure tua was over-rated, but moreso in overall effectiveness. punch for punch i can not definitively say anyone hit harder.
