I know there's usually a load of crap on that channel but sometimes they did show live fights with Darren Barker & Cristian Mijares but it looks like the channel has finished it's run on Sky.

Didnt have enough credible programmes, mostly repeats of the World of Sport which is like the WWF, but shit.

Like a shit version of WWF in 1976. The channel did have a couple of ok shows but when it lost TNA it lost its main programme.

It started off as strictly a wrestling channel, the guy who was running it sold it to the people who run the fight network channels in other countries a year or so ago, I'm assuming because it didn't make enough money to make it worthwhile.
Then they replaced the old programming with mostly crappy looking MMA, and I guess they turned off the previous fan base for the channel without attracting a new one with MMA that lloked like it was recorded on a camera phone. I happen to know that 9 out of 10 of the channels weekly top rated shows were world of sport repeats, with an MMA magazine show being the only exception, and their highest rated show had 25,000 people watching. With ratings like that it's hardly suprising they closed down.
