According to an article in danish tabloid [Only registered and activated users can see links] ([Only registered and activated users can see links]), Team Palle are working to have Kessler fight in the states. No names were given but they hope they can release a name within the next 2 weeks. Boxing commentators are not expecting any big match-up in this fight

Berrio recently pulled out of a fight with Yusaf Mack.
He just showed up in the latest WBA ratings.

Hopkins wants nothing to do with Kessler - they say he's having a milk run but he's been trying to get a fight with Winky, Taylor ot Hopkins for ages, but htey've been avoiding him.
I think he should fight Bika, this man is respected in USA
Berrio is tailor made for the Dane who will systimatically dismantle him and stopping him within the distance of 12 rounds.Berrio is the ideal foe against whom Kessler can convincingly showcase his skills on American soil.
Berrio has a puncher's chance.However,out of 100 fights Kessler should be able to win 98 fights.

Kessler is good fighter. He lost to Calzaghe last year but he can do better in future. He have a good size and would like to see him in the light heavyweight division. Its time for him to move there ....

I don't see Froch fighting in February, and he has said that he would like Taylor, who would be the WBC mandatory anyway.
Kessler – Bika would be a good fight, I would like to see that. Kessler would be too much for Bika, but it would be an entertaining fight.

I reckon if Kessler can't get a big fight after this match up then he should fight Lacy...
Yes Lacy was soundly beaten by Taylor recently but atleast he has a name and would boost Mikkel's profile in the US.
If I was him, after he KO's whatever tomato can he fights on the 14th I'd look to stay active and fight lacy in the summer as opposed to aste more time trying to get one of the big boys so he has more of a profile to offer as bargaining chips...as atm he is just known as the guy who Calzaghe beat...

Bika and Kess would be one great fight.....Bika gave Joe hell...maybe more than Kess did.......gee Joe can take a punch....I remember Kess landed 3 or 4 of the best upper cuts and Joe walked right through them.

At just two weeks notice, nobody big will step up for the challenge.
Probably it's just rumors and there is not fight at all, we would know it by now. It doesn't make any sense for a guy trying to market his name in the US to make fights in a hurry, without any proper time to advertise and get attention.

I wish he would split with Palle.He should have boxed in the states last year and he should be facing better fighters than Palle is delivering.Kessler is one of my favorite fighters.But he needs to get some big fights in and he wont get them while he is with Palle.

Palle is really screwing Kessler up.
At least they could have set this Perdomo fight up already, to get it out of the way.
They can't land a fight with any of the big names, can't land a fight with Larsen, dragg down negotiation with Perdomo, they just helplesslly suck.
