what weight should i train wit i train with 12 oz should i use 16 oz instead?

i spar with 16 oz.
id rather that because not only will i get the benefits from better muscular endurance but its also nice to have two big pillows in front of my face to protect me.

I love using 16 oz. cause of that haha... Im 5'5 at 130 so i use a peekaboo most of the time too..

you fight with 10 oz so the closer the weight of the gloves the more sport specific your training/sparring will be, but you are more likely to get cut if the person your sparrin wears light gloves

Yes, but when I get new gloves I'm going to get 16s.
