never liked his personality.but you got to admit walking out on a 600K p/a contract into a new career takes balls and becoming top 5 in your weight division is a great acheivement.loved winding up the nuthuggers over the years but if this is truly it then it will be a damn shame to end for a talented but divisive sporting star and a case of what might of been for his fans.

Bad light halted play for the day just when Mundine was at the 40 over mark and had wickets in hand. :yep
Still, if he can find a dodgy doctor he will unify the divisions around him, assuming he still has at least 25% vision in his infected eye.

Because i've had eye trouble with contact lenses before, it initially always looks bad but time is a great healer. Lets all wait a couple of weeks when his condition will be much better.

Everyones going on about how this is just Mundine wanting to keep his name in the paper. It's hard to imagine why he'd want the story to be heard by everyone. It'd be like him wanting the Craig Smith incident (which didn't even happen) to be all over the papers.

im no fan of the guy and yes he is a wealthy man but still its sad that his promising career may end prematurely from a freak accident.if this happened to kessler you danes would be screaming and crying like a crack addicts newborn baby.

Even given all his antics and some of the rubbish which has come out of his mouth at times, i gotta give Mundy some props. He has definitely helped the sport grow in Australia.
