I worry if both guys win, that Oscar will want to fight one of them (probably Cotto) and then the fight won't happen (or we'll have to wait awhile).

If Mosley beats Cotto and Mayweather beats Hatton, then yeah, Oscar will want Mayweather and Mosley to fight because Mosley is a Golden Snaggle Tooth fighter and there's more $$$ to be made. Unless GBP has options on more than one Mayweather fight (not to my knowledge), GBP makes no $$$ on Mayweather-Cotto.

You already know that Oscar has dibs on whoever he wants to fight because it will be their biggest payday ever. I don't blame anyone for fighting Oscar at this point. If I were a heavywieght I'd be trying to drop down and fight him.

I wouldn't blame anyone for fighting him either.

Fight Mayweather or Cotto for $8-12 million or fight Oscar for more than $15 million?

Not a hard choice to make.

9 months ago, I expected Cotto-De La Hoya, not Mayweather-De La Hoya. Cotto-De La Hoya is a better matchup.

But at least we get Cotto-Margarito.
