week 1

run 20mins
3 x 2 mins pads and body bag (tuesday and thursday)
3 x 2 bags
3 x 2 shadow boxing
3 x 2 skipping
exercise (conditioning) 20mins
6 x 2 sparring (tuesday and thursday)


this starts as soon as my fight induced headache goes away ill post my progress after each week and the next weeks schedule

You should probably start doing 3 minute rounds in sparring since the amateur changes. That may be easy for me to say though cause I've always done three minute rounds. Other than that sounds good.

got it started to day

10 minutes of weights (bench press and leg raises)
then a mile and a half run

and after supper i did

20 press ups
20 bent over single arm rows (20 EACH side) (7.5kgs)
20 Suitcase lifts (20 each side) (15kg)
20 Dumbell cleans (20 each side) (7.5kgs)
20 waist things where you kinda go up and down your leg with a dumbbell (7.5kgs)
20 thigh raises (15kg)
20 weighted squats (15kg)
20 twisting squats
20 sit ups
20 oblique sit ups (each side)
20 neck raises (5kg)
20 back raises
20 bench presses (15kg)


im looking to build power so thats what the weights is for

Im young too, but it does the heart good to hear someone even younger with a good attitude like that...;)

didnt train weekend didnt feel too good

did a half hour circit at school that was hard

then a 20 minute run after
