Most Calzaghe fans are knowledgable boxing fans, also the most loyal fans in the sport bar none. You must have this theory reversed with Kessler fans, whom will go back to doing whatever they were doing before they got heavy into Kessler's career.

I seen Kessler fight again. The guy has no defense and is not busy enough to worry Calzaghe and he cant fight on the inside. Calzaghe is going to beat the brakes off of him. He deserves full credit for the ass whooping he is going to give to Kessler I did my research on Kessler and the UK fans were right. He has nothing on calzaghe. He may get beat down worse then lacy. But he deserves full credit for the win and all the trinkets that come with it.

People forget that Calzaghe does have power in volume, it's not like Kessler is iron chinned, 5 solid rounds of thrashing on a tentative guy will normally seal it, especially if he's bloody and bruised, which most Calzaghe opponents end up that way to begin with.

You're getting a 100% motivated Calzaghe, it's a live possibility and I am taking it, it's more fun than standard predictions.

In all honesty, as much as I harp on about how this being a 50-50 fight, I think I'm slightly leaning towards Calzaghe...

Calzaghe is a great swarmer and throws lots of punches... with speed.

Kessler can't fight backing up and doesn't seem like he suits it on the inside.

But with all that said, this still requires Calzaghe to swarm Kessler all night, backing him up, and getting on the inside... all night. Cause I don't see him beating Kessler on the otuside, not with the jab (and Kessler's size). So its really a question of whether Calzaghe can do it for the full 12 rounds (and based on history, he's proved he can, but with someone like Kessler?)

It seems the general opinion about this fight is that Calzaghe will be way too much for Kessler....

By swarming attacks, landing minimum 1000 punches and the bleeding, humiliated and overrated Kessler will retire in round 9:-(

And by the way, Calzaghe only has to land over 1,000 punches for it to be a perfect performance, we don't expect him to land exactly 1000 punches at his age currently.:good

Don't get me wrong:

Calzaghe is one of my favourite boxers. I like Hatton and I like Haye.

But I HOPE Kessler will win. My heart says he'll win.
And I'm pretty sure Mayweather will win in a one-sided fight.

And yes, I do think Mormeck stands a good chance. Haye is untested, I'm really curious if he can compete at the top level. It will be a great fight.
If I had to bet, I would put my money on Mormeck.

I think kessler's a good fighter and will give a good performance, but Joe is going to thrash him.
