I for one thought that the young Chechen would win a wide point decision in a one-sided fight.Obviously,I was on the wrong track.
Bundrage upset Baysangurov's apple cart and beat him on his " home turf" on Klitschko' s undercard.

Am I the only one who thought Bundrage looked tired before it ended? He was breathing very heavily in the corner. He won the first two rounds clearly by simply landing the better punches and outworking Baysangurov. But he kinda faded in the next two, and then came back in the fifth by knocking Baysangurov down with two wide rights to the head.

Baysangurov is a strong fighter with amazing skills. He looked better than Angulo and Kirkland at the same time when he schooled Marco Antonio Rubio, who was coming off a close loss to Ouma, like a newbie. He is a fan-friendly fighter too.

But he is really in need of a better promotion and better care I think. He wasn't preparing for his fight with K-9. There wasn't any coach in his corner and he was doing almost nothin in the ring. He mad a long way down after his signature win but given the fact he is younger than Kirk and Angulo he still has a chance to turn this around. I hope he will. I heard he will be in Wild Card Gym soon or even now. I hope that'll help him a bit.

He has always been with National Box Promotion (which then developed into K2 East Promotions), from the very first fight of his career.

Yes, he had a couple of fights on SE cards. SE were interested in signing him, but he never signed for them.

K-9 is better than people want to admit. He has NO reason to fight Baysangurov again. With w couple of big wins now and Contender fame, he needs a BIG fight.
