I'll go with Mando Ramos on guts alone...... I was never sold on Bubblegum Sean all that much.... Why? Because Sean O'Grady has a widely padded resume...... If you study his record, you'll see he holds 50 to 60 wins over mid-west farmers, rednecks, hicks & cattle russlers.... In terms of really beating a lot of top-notch fighters from 118 to 134 pounds throughout the late 1970's until the early 1980's, the names are far and few in between..... My guess is Ramos wins at 135 pounds....

P.S.
Mando Ramos wasn't exactly the greatest fighter or hardest training guy in the world himself, but he had guts and willpower, and was better at 130 to 135 pounds.....:bbb

Ramos with his slashing fists would cut O'Grady to ribbons. TKO in Seven.

................Nothing against O'Grady, but Mando was just better, and beat better people. For those who haven't seen it, check out Ramos against Kobayashi, when Kobayashi held the 130-pound title. He fought the 19-year old Ramos in a non-title bout, and was soundly beaten over 10 rounds. One of the best boxing displays I've seen, the kid was amazing that night. So much savvy and ring smarts for a wee baby.
But.........he liked to party. He could have been so much better. Still, he's one of my favorites. Such a pleasure to watch.

O'Grady is a bit over rated. I don't know much about Ramos, but if he has some skills, I'll go with him.
