Do you see any different result, it's difficult to see I guess but I don't think that was the best of Ricky Hatton in the first fight.

No, Floyd beats him 100 out of 100 times for me, he's just to good. Think Hatton could improve on last time and lose a decision instead but either way he wont win.

I think the obvious answer is Hatton learns from the last fight, puts on a better more tactically astute performance, and loses on points. I don't see him getting KO'd again that is for sure.

He could win it though, given the right conditions and a bit of luck.

Just a rerun of the first fight. The gap between them is too big for Hatton to do anything about.

The smart money would have to be on a Mayweather victory, however if Hatton can make it to the final bell he always has a chance given that PBF would have been out of the ring for 18 months and back straight in without a tune-up.

Same as first fight - Hatton's not in the same class as PBF - not going to happen though.

Hatton's never gonna beat Floyd in a million years, but I think if he fights smart and trains with Floyd Sr he could make it a relatively close 12 round decision loss, 116-112 or something.

His only chance of winning is getting lucky and landing a killer punch, Hatton does have a fair bit of power...

Hatton isn't that big a puncher, in truth.

He certainly isn't feather fisted, and has power to gain anybody's respect at 140/147 (Margarito excepted) but could he land on Floyd often enough?

I don't think so.

My heart tells me one thing my head another.

Floyd takes it but i'll cheer my heart out for Ricky.

Mayweather UD.

People moan madly about a rematch, but lets face it the first fight was fun, especially the build up... :p

This fight won't happen though, imo, certainly not before Hatton Vs JMM or Pac.

Hatton isn't stupid, I'm sure he'd work out some slightly different tactics.

I think Floyd fought a great tactical fight, Hatton clearly lost his head in the build up, it was in the States on Floyd's turf and Cortez had a nightmare. It went like a dream for Floyd basically.

However, if all of those elements went in Hatton's favour it could be a much tighter affair.

That said I'd always favour Floyd and I've no great appetite to see the rematch made. Not unless Hatton beats Pacman in decent style.

at 140 and with a proper ref Hatton wins the rematch. He'd have won the first fight had his fans not pissed off the Puerto Rican, Joe Cortez, by booing the Star Spangled Banner. Ricky himself admitted that.

Hatton knew his mistakes last time. He did everything in that fight he said he WASN'T going to do before he stepped in the ring. Was it ego or stupidity? I don't think it would be the same fight but I do think it would have the same result.
