Hoppa to give Mirovic rematch within 12 months

IMO, no rematch is required. It was a good fight to go and watch and both guys really gave it their all, but at the end of the day Hoppa proved alot of people wrong (including myself) and it should be left as that.

I think hoppa will vacate the aus title to chase a few paydays with american journeyman and B Grade contenders, as he should. As he keeps training his skills will be a bit more finetuned and he could give us some barnburners before he retires.
He was retired from footy pretty young and hasnt had a long boxing career so i'd say he has at least 4 years left in him

I agree but saying that he might kill Mirovic in a rematch is ridiculous.
I think he knows it would be a different story second time around and doesn't want to take the risk, I think if he does give up the title it disrespects and devalues it.
