The contest to take place by the end of April 2009.
LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT DEAN FRANCIS (Holder) v NATHAN CLEVERLY
Agreement having been reached between the parties, the above contest to be promoted by Frank ****** will take place on a date in March 2009 and at a venue as yet to be confirmed.
MIDDLEWEIGHT WAYNE ELCOCK (Holder) v MATTHEW MACKLIN
Following the opening of purse bids by the Chairman at 12.00.noon on Wednesday, 10th December 2008 the winning bid was submitted by Promoter Hennessy Sports, the contest to take place at the Aston Villa Leisure Centre, Birmingham on 7th March 2009.

With no purse bids being received by the deadline the Stewards decided to defer consideration of this Final Eliminator at this time.

WELTERWEIGHT (Eliminator) YOUNG MUTLEY v JOHN O’DONNELL
Following withdrawal through illness of Young Mutley the above contest scheduled to take place on 6th December 2008 was postponed. A new date and venue as to when and where this contest will take place is awaited from Promoter Hennessy Sports.
LIGHTWEIGHT JOHN MURRAY (Holder) v LEE McALLISTER
The above contest to be promoted by Hennessy Sports will take place on 17th January 2009 at the Robin Park Arena, Wigan. Should Champion Murray be unable to fulfil his obligation on the 17th January 2009 the Championship will be declared vacant and Lee McAllister will be nominated to box an opponent approved by the Board.
