Which are the biggest feuds between fighter and fighter, or fighter and promoter in British boxing?

I can think of..........

Hearn vs Collins
Benn vs Eubank
Nelson vs Harrison
Bruno vs Lewis

Feuds where there is a genuine dislike for each other - I don't mean where one guy spends ages calling out the other and bad mouthing them......

Barrera and Morales seemed like they didn't have much time for each other. Especially from Morales end

Terry Marsh and Frank ******, it didn't include much calling out but did include a near fatal shooting...........................allegedly.

Yeah Barrera and Morales didn't care much for each other.

Marsh and ****** I have discussed on Boxrec and been red carded for............

Certainly not the biggest feud ever, but I really got the impression Barrett, and Haye didn't like each other at all. I think it showed in the ring. Haye has a habit of upsetting people...

Eubank Benn
Lewis Bruno
Ali Frazier

Cotto and Trinidad are rumoured to dislike each other.

I don't think Cotto is particularly popular with anyone, for some reason......

I don't think Cotto is particularly popular with anyone, for some reason......

I've never read any of his interviews, so no idea what he's like in person, but he does look like a bit of a poser with all those new tattoo's every weight in, and wearing shades indoors.

TFFP

Nothing wrong with shades indoors. I quite often sport my Ray Bans

Cotto always looks like a mundane character to me. His "I'll let my promotor deal with that" line is about as old as Hatton's jokes.

I think his 'I will fight anyone my company puts in front of me' statement sort of backfired when he was told it was Margarito next

Biggest feuds include Ali vs everyone he went against, especially his biggest opponents - Liston, Foreman and Frazier.

Liston wanted to kill Ali, Foreman still cannot take it he lost and Frazier has a lot of bad blood for Ali still (watch the thriller in manilla documentary for a better insight into this).

Lewis vs Bowe :deal

When Bowe was going eight rounds with that German pudding this month he spent more time looking at Lennox than the opponent.

Lewis vs Bowe :deal

and Lennox has recently offered to come out of retirement and beat up Bowe for free .

One more feud: Herbie Hide and ******.

British boxing:

probably Eubank and Benn.

World boxing:

Maybe Pep and Saddler; you could also include Ali and Frazier as well as Griffith and Paret.

Has, has been mentioned Christie/Kaylor is up there and there was no love lost between Minter and Hagler either.

Sir 'enry took along time to come to terms with Bugner and as far as I know never forgave Gibbs.

Surely the feud with the most hate was between Benn and Eubank. They really hated each other...did anyone see the 'Gladiator' documentary they did together??

You can never be sure how genuine the bad feeling is but there has been a lot of needle between these recently :

Froch & Calzaghe
Witter & Hatton
Maccarinelli & Hide
Haye & Hide

Unilkely we'll ever see any of these match ups though. :?

I think he is very professional but seems to have an aloofness.....

He doesn't speak to his trainer either, which seems odd.

I think Benn and Eubank have long since made up.

I didn't know that Lennox and Frank had a feud going??

I didn't know that Lennox and Frank had a feud going??

I can't remember exact quotes or anything like that but I seem to remember some bad blood between them leading up to their fight.

I was dying for Bruno to win that one, I've never really liked Lewis that much.

Beeston Brawler

Lewis called Frank an 'Uncle Tom' prior to the fight so Bruno sued him.

I don't think there is a problem between them now, but they are hardly bosum buddies.

I don't think Buchanan spoke to Duran for 30-odd years......

Lewis had quite a lot of spats with fighters, given that he often comes across as a nice bloke. The names Mason, Bowe, Ruddock, Bruno, Rahman, Tyson and Klitschko spring to mind.

I watched the fight again only recently. Big Frank gave him no-end of trouble....until he got ktfo.

I saw an interview with Foreman on ESPN classics the other day and he is well over the ali defeat. He even went as far as an apology for all the excuses. He did hate ali for a long time though.

The Hatton Witter feud is only bitter one-way.

Hatton genuinely doesn't give a shit about Witter, hence why he dismisses him so easily. I am not saying it is right, but anyways......
