He seems to dont know to lose.
Pretty impressive, at each fight he seem to be the underdog, but he is winning, before we were saying he was borring, now he seem to like to knock people out lol...
205 is STACKED

I said this on the other thread but I think he loses the title in his first defence. The division is too stacked for one of them to reign supreme.

someone is going to catch him. He seems to be getting beat everytime before he pulls of a win. Congrats to Evans though.....

He's a slick boxer with fast hands, I'm not sure why so many boxing fans whine and cry about him being boring. You gotta love it when the underdog pulls out the win time and time again. Although it seems his size will be his downfall if he faces rampage.

I think Evans would beat Machida or T.Silva
But I think he would loose to Jackson

He's too fast to get caught. It's obvious he will get tested big time in every fight due to his smaller size, but he knows how to wait for that perfect shot and pull off wins.

hum, Forrest caught him a couple of time with that right hand, but Forrest lacks power.
Jackson has that power to hurt him big time

He doesn't get near Machida. Too elusive. If it goes to the ground I'd count on Machida submitting him.

I'll bet on him losing if he faces Rampage or Anderson. I don't like that he uses the "Sugar" nick either. That is reserved for some serious boxers not a wrestler who learned to box a bit. Don't even think about calling me a MMA hater either.

Machida is too elusive for a dinausor on his feet like Ortiz, but Evans is way different and much much faster

That's clearly not getting "caught". Now Silva got "caught" big time.

But not fast enough. TBH his speed won't make a difference. If Rashad attacks, he'll get countered. If he stays on the outside (which would be very stupid) Machida picks him off. I just can't see him winning.

Machida beats Evans no doubt in my mind.

True. But Liddell and Machida are two very different fighters. I'm not saying it's impossible; just highly unlikely.

yeah you are right
Liddell is sloppy and take risk
Machida is 100 percent carefully lol and dont take risk.
But Evans might beat him with good GnP

Could do if he gets him down. It won't be as easy as it was tonight. You can guarantee Machida's guard will be better than Forrest's was.
Also we don't know how good Machida's chin is. For all we know he could be knocked out cold by the first hard punch that hits him.

I think he has a good chin, it been a while i've watched that fight, but I think Franklin landed a couple of good punch before gettin KTFO

I would favor Rashad over Thiago Silva, but favor Machida over Rashad.

Henderson has the style to beat him. Anderson Silva will tap his ass too. Rampage? I'm not too sure about that fight, he may be too good on his feet and athletic for Page but it would be a very good fight. Machida would surely take him out also. Griffin could even win a rematch. He was beating him until Rashad caught his leg and took him down. Also lets see how Shogun looks in his comeback. This division is a scary place!

Your saying Anderson has homoerotic intentions for Rashad?
Machida beats Evans no doubt in my mind.
What a mind.

Machida...is the best in this stacked division..you will think twice..but you'll come up with him as well. He will win the belt and Im not even a fan.

they should just give Rashad Evans a title shot for Fedor's Heavyweight title, and Rashad will win it easily

hey, Rashad has fought and beaten bigger and stronger guys like Stephan Bonnar, Brad Imes, and Sam Hoger. When he fought Tito, he had a bad night, that's why it was a draw. But Rashad still hasn't lost

He lost to Tito, technically that was a draw, but he lost to Ortix.
Are you comparing Bonnar, Imes and Hoger to Fedor?
that would be like talking of Gatti with Mayweather, wait, what happen?right

I don't think Fedor would whoop Rashad but would not thrash Fedor, at those levels its a long drawn out fight.
Bisping is a very good fighter all round, stand up, kicking and BJJ are all top notch in MMA.
Tito almost subs Machida and if he had pushed the pace from round one things may have been very different, Rashad beat Tito on points and if he had another round would have won IMHO.
Forest took 5 right hands and 7 left hooks under the chin, he was out, he stood up but was seeing stars and planets, he lost fair and square, Forrest beat Shogun who is viewed as the top 5 guys in the world, I would say this places Rashad in the top 5 as well, along with his undefeaded record which is laced with beast.
Rashad really impressed me last night. He loss both the first and second round in my opinion. But to me, it seemed like it was only a matter of time before he was going to catch Griffin. Rashad has some serious power that he has developed nicely. His striking has improved dramatically. Every single time I think he's going to get beat, he somehow proves me wrong. One thing I hope he doesn't do, is neglect his wrestling. But I wouldn't completly count Rashad out against any fighter at 205. Even Machida.

If he don't deserve the Sugar nick name than nobody in modern boxing or mma does. especially Mosley

Rashad has excellent head movement. Although I thought Forrest did a good job connecting last night. Evans' hands has dramatically improved. I'd love to see him fight Rampage next.
