Collazo vs Mitchell on undercard for Vargas vs Mayorga. Sharmba Mitchell needs to retire, he's becoming a journey man.

Mitchell is becoming a journeyman. I think he will lose a wide decision or late stoppage against Collazo. He should retire or have some winnable fights so he can get to 60 wins.

Yeah, I'll be cheering him on too. He's a cool dude, I met him at Bowie State University. He asked me twice to play in his band that he has in D.C.

GODDAM!!!, that's a mean avatar, fam. You've got the ESB avatar game on smash right now.
But on to the topic, Mitchell does need to retire. He was once a worthy adversary and during his first fight with the much ESB-hallowed Tszyu, he was whooping his ass until he sustained an injury that wouldn't allow him to continue the fight.
Little known fact: After sustaining the injury and realizing he could not go on, he cried like a little bitch on his stool in the ring. That's a :nono.

I like Mitchell but this is true hes becoming a journeymen Collazo should get a rare stoppage victory. Mitchell should fight bums so he can retire with 60 wins to add to a solid career.

I don't see the point of this fight. Collazo is not a prospect and doesn't need a shadow of a name on his resume. He's also not high enough in the welterweight division for Sharmba to use to get a title shot if that's what he's really going for. To top it off, their styles together won't make for a particularly interesting fight. Both fighters would be better off with other opponents, but I suppose activity is better than inactivity.

Question and answer in the same post (yeah, I know it wasn't truly a question).
Not sure who else these guys would be fighting in the top half of the welterweight division, especially since Mitchell hasn't proved himself to be in that area anyway. This is a fight to keep Collazo active, and Mitcell gets one last (...of the last...again...ridiculous) opportunity to show that he should be considered a contender at 147.

Mitchell is still a good name to have on your resume, he's a former 2-time titlist...and who else out there right now is available for Collazo to fight? nothing wrong with taking out an aging former champ...

Mitchell is a good name to have on your resume... if you're a prospect who is making a step up (like when Paul Wiiliams fought him). We already know who Collazo is, and he's already proven himself. I'm not bashing anyone in this fight. It just doesn't seem like a logical matchup for me unless there was just no one out there for either guy right now and they wanted to stay busy. I can accept if that's the case.

Mitchell becoming a journeyman? :huh
Just because he has 6 losses in more than 60 fights?
He only lost when fighting against the best....Tszyu, Mayweather, Williams.
