It won't happen. Arthurs too dangerous- He might be a beast at 135- weight making is no longer a valid excuse.
If i was ****** i would make the fight.
Personally i think Alex Arthur is very overated and i think Khan has the beating of him.
Arthur has found his level, it was an atrocity that he was ever ranked in the top 10 in the World.

I reckon it would be a great scrap, but it would only be for bragging rights. Perhaps they could assign a belt to it (WBU, IBO, etc) just so we get 12 rounds.

Cant we make it so whoever wins............they both face total obscurity. :happy
nah,i disagree .the loser would have a hard job to convince others.but if herbie hyde can work his way into title picture ,after a while away then i cant see why one of these guys couldent work back into the title seen.
the best way for arthur is to go for an internatinal belt, this will put him in a title picture with in usually 3-4 legitimate defences.

If ****** is not interested in Arthur he will make this fight. If he feels Arthur is set to start building up losses then he will make this fight. Otherwise he might try to rebuild Arthur again and make the Cook rematch.
Be sure that most of the time ****** will do what makes business sense not boxing sense.

I think Khan should give a rematch to Willie Limond (since Khan should have been counted out) Limond also has an alphabet title (IBO Inter-Continental lightweight title)

I reckon Arthur is over the hill and Khan would take him.
I think Arthur will be invigorated at lightweight and will easily overpower Khan.
****** get it made.

I hope ****** does make it happen as it will be a good scrap, but I see Amir taking this one, his last performance was an excellent come back from a massive loss.

Was Fagans leg actually broke when he was floored against khan or was it an excuse for his poor performance as he was out classed by khan?
