I am currently just under 13 stone......

Having seen photos of me when I left school in 2002, I have now (finally) decided to get rid of the excess and try to get down to 147lbs.

Gone are the crisps, chocolate and takeaways...

I have behaved over Christmas and not put on any weight.

Today the training started (with a shocking hangover)

Two mile run.

Will look to go swimming most mornings before work, then hit the gym in the evenings......

Need to quit drinking.
