This video to me confirms that his body shot KO over Gonzalez wasn't a lucky punch.:deal

No such things as lucky punches in boxing. Those punches are aimed and thrown to serve a specific purpose. A wild punch could be lucky but Gerrys punch wasnt. Gonzales though was unlucky.

yep. gerry's chin will be tested here but his very good defensive skills should help him. hopefully, he can maintain his unblemished record of not being kd'd and/or ko'd.

Penalosa is a very good fighter. These clips really prove it! Top 5 Filipino fighter ever in my opinion.

Looking back on those great old days, we could definitely say that GERRY is indeed one of the Philippines' most complete fighters.
A smart fighter, with bombs on both hands. ;)
Boo Manny! (God I'm a hater now... THis whole Ara Mina fiasco is stupid)...
Yay Gerry!

Most Filipino boxing pundits and sports commentators have actually stated many times that Gerry is the best and most technically adept among the current Filipino boxers, bar none. Better than Pacquiao. That's according to Ronnie Nathanielsz, Ed Picson, Quinito Henson, and many others. That's quite some testimony.

Is he better than Luisito Espinosa, whose only weakness, was having a glass-chin?

Yes I saw that too, it was beautiful. Prior to the fight I thought both boxing styles really match but Penalosa is just so clever to catch Vorapin with that ko punch.
