been looking to start eating healthily and train again this new year.

can anyone recommend any good sites or books on nutrition.

A good one also. Has any food you can think of on there.

I also have a big nutrition book that I always reference to. Its by the American Dietetic Association. I picked it up at Barnes and Noble.
