alright
i do bill starrs 5x5 mon weds and fri
i box with a trainer tues thurs and sat.
i need help with the rest.

What's bill starrs?
He's a man that knows much about strength training. He made his own 5x5 program and it's very effective. That's about it.

Help with the rest? Your body will need time to recover. All of that punishment will take its toll if you don't get enough rest. So take at least one day off a week for your body's sake.

That workout has Waaaay to little reps for it to make any really improvements in my opinion.

r u kidding? the low reps is much better for you then high repsn in boxing. it helps gain strenght. you get enudrancde from hitting the bag.

alright so if i lift and do cardio mon weds and fri and box with trainer tues thurs and sat. should i box also mon weds and fri by my self? if so how many rounds on each thing?
also for cardio is 5x5 min sprints good? i sprint 40 yards wait for the clock to reach 20 run another 40 wait till its at 40 seconds and keep doing this until 5 min is up
