You do realise Sugar Ray Robinson, Mosley, Whitaker, Mayweather, Loche, Duran, Ortiz all fought at 140? Just Checking

he'd be one hell of a match up head to head with just about anyone at 140-147 .. oscar dosn't really take an ass beating in his prime unless he fights at 160 .. and alot of people at 154

I think Hearns, Leonard, Robinson and Napoles "beat his ass" and probably stop him.
Id also have Curry, Griffith, LMR, Duran, Gavilan, Sweet Pea from the Chavez fight to beat him and thats just at welter.
Could be some more names to add there...Ill have a think about 140 later.
He would not be an easy fight though in his prime and he would beat a lot of decent fighters who resided at 147 over its history.
At 140 a very tough match up for anyone. His size speed and power not to mention his chin and defence stack up very well.
At 147 you start to get in with the very elite the sport has produced, i also think his advantages start to diminish

He pretty much gets his ass beat by the greats at those weights... he would be competitive against a FEW though.

140 - Pryor, Whitaker, Chavez.... probably lots more but Im sticking with the ones Ive seen plenty of.
147 - Basically 90% of the greats, be quicker asking what great 147 lber DOESNT beat him.

DLH is a 1 handed fighter and anyone with tools is going to take away what he does best in a matchup. Take away that 1 thing & what do you have? And there are tons of guys at 140/147 the last 80 years with tools.
To me, DLH is perhaps on par with the likes of a Simon Brown/Carlos Palamino at 147. But not the greats. Just the real good fighter types and there's no shame in that due to the abundance of top competition thru the years in those weightclasses.

He'd be competitive(fine jab, good chin, good handspeed, technique and power), but doesn't have that many equalizers. I think a lot of the greats would find a way to stay away from his left.
I love specialists. Guys with one big advantage. Oscar does a lot of things well. If not for his lack of stamina he'd be one of the most well-rounded fighters, but not ATG top 25 in any category.
I think he beats Pryor, though.

I didnt think his stamina was bad at these weights

Duran and Whitaker fought at 140 and would have comfortably beat DLH at the weight, Mosley didn't but thats a technicallity he easily could have and ofcourse beat DLH. Mayweather was possibly his best at 140 despite not having a huge fight there, and yes he beats DLH there.
Oh and Oscar didn't start at 130, he started at 135, he fought a total of 2 fights at 130, 2 WBO fights with 36hour weigh ins, which he killed himself to make
For the record there's also Armstrong and Ross at this weight although I fancy DLH against both
