Billy Schwer v Amir Khan

Who would win? Khan against a prime Schwer.


I think Schwer had more than enough to outbox and KO Khan. From what I've seen of Schwer, he was a very good boxer both of his front or back foot and he got his punches off really well.

Khan may give Schwer some trouble early on with his handspeed but I think Billy would then outbox Khan and stop him around the 5th/6th. Although the KO could come WAAAY earlier if Schwer lands flush on Khan early on.

Khan's best bet is too blast Schwer our early and I don't see that happening.

Schwer was a much better rounded fighter than Khan, he didn't do anything spectacularly but was solid in most areas. I think he's have to make it though 3 or 4 tough rounds at the start to stop Khan around the 8th.

Did anyone catch Schwer in Mean Machine with Vinnie Jones? Only a bit part.

I saw a training technique Schwer used which involved a strap around his head and a tennis ball attached to a long piece of string and used hit it, looks insanely difficult.
