You mean lower body fat or more muscle?

Being overweight I guess you want to lose fat. One tip: you cannot lose weight and gain muscle at the same time so really all you have to do is eat less calories than you burn. Aim for about 500 less then normal. It would help to know your height, weight, age ect.

it also depends on genetics and how much access skin you have on your body if you put a lot of weight on. all these are factors that go into deciding if you get ripped or not.

as far as how long it takes that depends on how hard you work and how dedicated you are. it wont happen over night. aim to lose 1-2 pounds a week. anymore than that is either not healthy or will just come back once you hit a moment of "idleness" or a moment when you are not working out for about a month or a couple of weeks or so.

You can safely lose 1-2 lbs of FAT per week. Anything more than that and it's muscle.

So, if you go from 30 lb overweight to RIPPED, it's gonna be at least 15 weeks.

If you haven't worked out in awhile, you will gain muscle and lose fat at first, and will probably gain weight.

Depends whether you do it manually with a knife, a combine, or some other large commercial cutting machine.

And even if you cut calories, make sure the calories you're getting are the right ones. 300 calories worth of chocolate is quite different then 300 calories worth of vegetable.

Yes. The healthier you eat the better it will be in the long run. This is common knowledge however.

I never tried that but i have heard that it really doesnt help and messes up your metabolism and will take even longer to lose weight. Or it will come back on pretty fast.

Something like that. I haven't done any research on that shit, because frankly, I don't need it. As an athlete I know for a fact that blood, sweat, and tears are the ONLY way to get anywhere. A pill will never be able to replace that plain and simple.

There are drugs that can make you lose weight.
Unfortunately, they do other messed up things to your body too and are usually illegal.

If you can run, start running everyday, morning or night makes no difference, and watch what you eat. More vegetables/fruit. Pastas and breads try to limit them after noon. No sugary drinks, candy, fast food that will hurt your attempts. Basically, anything 'fried' is not what you want to eat. Even juices and such I would substitute for water or tea.

Really the only way to lose a significant amount of weight is to eat healthy, eat less, and work hard. There is no easy way to say, it will take months. You can shed a lot of weight at first, but once you start reaching a better level of body fat for your age/size it will slow down to 2lbs of fat of week or less and it will be harder. For now, though just focusing on working hard and watching what you eat. It will be tough, but there is no easy way here. Discipline, discipline, discipline.

Or it will come back on pretty fast.Thats nonsense its only a supplement for loosing weight. Hyrdoxycut works for some it doesnt work for others. Much like any regime you have to learn to know your body.

Unfortunately, they do other messed up things to your body too and are usually illegal. There are no drugs that can help you loose weight. There are supplments/drugs that can augment the process IE human growth and streroids at its most extreme. Or caffeine extracts for speeding up the metabolism. Most off the shelf supplements are just plascebo`s though. If you want to loose weight the best way is through hardcore weight lifting which is better than CV as it increases the metabolism and resting heart rate. Its by far the best way to burn fats and fast.
