I doubt Buncey has much control over the purse strings at Setanta but if they networks aren't asking too much, and he can give the bigwigs an ear bashing for long enough, then he might just talk the into it.

Lets hope setanta get these cards. My hopes aren't high for the Feb 14th one though - it's awful close now.

It's be rather frustrating if we miss out on these. I mean, are they really that much more expensive than the Saureland contract (which has always seemed a peculiar one to me)? Maybe Diaz-JMM is; but I can't see the Campbell card being that much of a bitch to get a hold of. Even taking place in the twilight hours I think it would get superior ratings to the Huck card (taking replays into account as well).

Of course, it would be unfair to be too hard on setanta - without them we'd be completely fucked. It's just that we're pretty much totally reliant on them nowadays, seeing as Sky don't wanna get the finger out of their arse for the most part.
