Helio was still training even at age 95. That's a motherfucking real man right there. You can see the strength and spirit of Helio reflected in the strength of his sons. From Rorion to Relson to Royce to Rickson. That is a serious crop of bad asses. One can only imagine.

RIP to a legend.

On a related side note, Relson is coming back to NC in March. I'm too injured up to roll competitively any more - but I am thinking about checking it out. A weekend learning from him is always a life affirming event.
