Most of these guys in the UFC are on drugs. I dont know what he got busted for but I wont be surprised how widespread doping is in the sport.

You don't know shit and ever since your boy BJ lost you have done nothing but bitch and complain about everything about the UFC. And how in the fuck do you know HGH is prevelant in the sport?

Why are you getting offended? BJ lost, your boy won. I love the UFC, I love watching fighters like Machida and Silva...The true artists of the sport.. Id put BJ and Lesnar slightly behind as personal preference.

Theres alot of doping going on, every single card, theres someone doing drugs. This cant be good. I'm an objective fan, thats all.

Karo won a close decision.
He tested positive for painkillers.

Is this something bad though ? I use painkillers not much but I do for my right knee when its acting up it doesnt seem to help me train better so I doubt id fight better. If hes testing postive for it im sure hes still suffering through injuries shit do what you gotta do I just hope hes not addicted to them now that never ends well.

Yes you love the UFC here's your quote

The sad part here is that even as a monopoly, The UFC cant fuckin put a good fight together. They put out 12 PPVs in a year, youd be lucky to get one matchup that would equal a Pac/JMM or a Mosley/Cotto.

They just did BJ/GSP last month. Its the best that they would be able to put out until they can get Fedor to fight Brock. Their matchmaking skills are horrendous. Look at the next two cards for proof.

Now to defend MMA, Pride use to put out stacked shows with a bunch of intriguing matchups.

The UFC is here for one thing, to bamboozle the fans out of their hard earned money. Remember that the Fertitas own the UFC and they are in the Casino business. The line of business theyre in tells you everything you need to know. The clients never win. end quote/

I dont really buy into that shit. If you all wanna start acting like Karo is a cheater for using pain killers when hes been gonig through some rough injuries but when GSP greased up his back its just BJ is making excuses even though he didnt start that. This forum is going down hill its not quite sherdog bad but its rivaling the general boxing forum now.

Buy into what? There's nothing to buy into. He tested positive for pain killers. You're tested for illegal substance what's more there is to say?

Whats the story behind it? I don't know. Perhaps he did have injuries but rules are rules.

GSPs greasing wasn't even 100% evident, even if it was it was happening right in front of the eyes of the commissioners who are there just for that. Totally different case.
Now, if GSP has tested for 3 different painkillers, it would be a different story.

Im not even going to bother getting into this I like to watch and talk about actual fights I just hope this shit where all anyone wants to talk about is GSP greasing up,Karos painkillers,Fedor in or not in the UFC,Dana White,Freddie Roach talking boxing ETC just ends its not like good fights arent coming up we always have good fights upcoming and its always some bullshit on here anymore. As far as Karo lets agree to disagree on it and leave it there im to old for that shit not saying you will get into some childish arguement with me but im just not taking that chance it annoys me and agian im a fight fan.

Fine with me . I don't really have much to say on the subject. Besides, I like Karo and I don't think he "cheated" to cheat. Same with GSP. I don't see them as that kind of ppl.

Yeah neither do I although im hard on GSP sometimes just mostly to mess with Quebec but hes a good guy himself its all in good fun. Karos somewhat of a dick but he has my respect if I forget why I pop in Parysian vs Diaz.

Your head is so far up the UFC or Danas ass its unbelievable.

Are you somekind of internet police for Dana? You must be on their payroll. Who does what you do??

Food for thought. People can criticize a sport and like it at the same time. Think independently man.. HAve you got no common sense? Anytime there is news of drugs and failed tests(and this has gone on in a bunch of cards) it is not good for the sport. A sport thats still trying to legitimize itself a a mainstream, major sport.

And then you manage to quote me to show everyone my hate for MMA. Have you not seen my posts when some moron tries to belittle or make stupid comments about MMA? I apologize if Im not rah rah rah all the time.

The UFC is a business and they do put out shitty cards, and no I dont want to hear you tell me "then dont watch". As long as people pay $50 for PPV, they will not stop giving the fans Okami vs. Franklin as main event. This is business 101.

And also Penn/GSP is the biggest fight they will have this year. Even your daddy Dana mentioned it as the biggest fight in years. What is it that you dont understand?

Karo may not have cheated but you can't allow exceptions. There may just be traces in his system from injuries. At the same time if Karo took it and his pain threshold increased then obviously that can't be tolerated.

There you go, Im not disagreeing with you:lol:. Although I must say when the sports main purpose is to put as much hurting on the other guy, it takes it to a different level. All combat sports should test for HGH.

Baseball, NFL, Boxing, NHL..These are mature sports with a rich history. Lets forget drugs for a second and focus on boxing, is there a sport more maligned than boxing? Corruption, injustice, greed..yet they are still there. While MMA basically is a third tier sport outside the UFC.

I know right. People should just be able to pop few pain killers before the match so they can fight with broken arms and legs.

Fighter gets stressed from worry with his up coming bout, decides to take a pain killer for his headache. Makes perfect sense. Then NSAC test him and he fails a drug test? Thats the biggest load of bullshit iv heard in a long time.

From what I understand, correct me if someone knows better, the things he got tested positive for are strong opiates. It's not something you can buy over the counter. They also have a threshold for how much in your piss you can have. When it's obvious that you took it before the fight and your piss smells like morphine... what else is there to say.

Regardless painkillers would put him at a dsiadvantage. It would not make him go through th fight not feeling pain. He'd be high. You can't fight better high. I've taken them all, morphone, percocet, vicodin, roxacette, firocet, etc etc. No way I could fight better on them. They are in your system for 3 days. He could have taken them right after the fight or two days before.

It doesn't even matter on bit.

Opiates are just about every pain killer there is. I take morphine 30mg here and there and it does shit but make me mellow.
