It WILL be Matt Hughes, soon enough!until he fights GSP again.

Well, it sure isn't Sean Sherk :rofl

I'd probably go with Couture...because it's Randy. Then I'll go with Serra for being the underdog.

Couture.

I really cant find a reason for anyone to hate that man.

I would say Rampage. He is a more entertaining fighter than all those above. Anyone can Ground and Pound, submit or win by KO. Rampage has something not many fighters have. Not to mention his interviews are pretty funny

Anderson Silva by a landslide.

Matt Hughes is a douchebag.

You can't really hate Silva. He comes to fight and doesn't know enough English to be irritating. It's gotta be Silva.

Couture, he is MMA.

Why? Too White and Too cool for ya!! I bet you prefer Matt The Whigga Serra:yepi think you will find lots of fans don't like Hughes. he is an arrogant prick. and that my friend, has nothing to do with race!

It's hard not to like Couture but I think he's just keeping the belt warm for Gonzaga. If he manages to get by Gonzaga there is a line up of guys now waiting to take him out.He did a great job exposing Sylvia and I will always be a fan of his because of that.

Hughes may be somewhat arrogant but it is not to any appreciable degree. It is better descibed as a self drive that forces him to train hard and add new skills to his arsenal. Hughes has dramatically improved his stand up and submission game over the years. A truly arrogant fighter would not have made such an effort to adapt.

Curious: Why is it that minority fighters are celebrated for their open displays of arrogance and bombast but when a Caucasian fighter shows the slightest hint of confidence, you cannot line up fast enough to label him?

I am well aware there are exceptions. Not the least of which happens to be A. Silva, who I hold in high regard.not quite sure where your line of thinking is coming from. i feel it's the other way around if anything. most hated guys in most sports are black. baseball-bonds, football-T.O., basketball A.I., boxing-PBF. these are just some examples but i think it's enough to show your not seeing what i see. hughes just doesn't seem like a good guy to me, he pissed and moaned about GSP before the fight even though george was man enough to admit he had been wrong and said he was sorry. then he mocks george after the Serra win. so again, IMO he is a prick, and again, it has nothing to do with the fact he's white.

Are you comparing Hughes to Bonds, Owens and Iverson in terms of attitude? Hell: Why not Ray Carruth or O. J. Simpson:hey . Look how Quinton Jackson is celebrated as being funny, refreshing and good for the sport, whenever he opens his mouth. Charles Bennett is another example. Nevermind that I have heard neither of them utter anything remotely interesting or comical. They may be good for the sport however, different personalities attract a wider scope of followers. I believe we can find common ground there.Dude seriously shut up already. You raised a bullshit topic that had fuck all to do with race. Just leave the subject alone already.

Fine: I understand your point. However, my topic was hardly bullshit. If you were not such a knee-jerk, wobbily. Perhaps you could rationally scribe your objections without resorting to bombast.

I will indeed refrain from further comment. You can get the last word, with full impunity.Wow such a command of the english Vernacular! Il send you a cookie in the post! Its been a while since ESB has been graced by Richard Whitely and co.:patsch

People seem to forget, or weren't around long enough to see, that Hughes beat GSP in 1 round.

Hughes is 9-2 in championship fights, GSP is 1-2
