I read a while back that John Simpson was to defend his title against Steven Bell on the Khan-Barrera undercard.

The trail has went cold since, can any of my ESB brothers enlighten me as to what the fuck is going on?

Bell is a tremendous boxer... I'd love to see him get a shot. The loss to fehintola was very unfortunate.

Not a bad division at the moment and this fight would be entertaining. I have not seen much of Steven Bell and if I have it can not have stuck in my mind. Simpson seems a great chap and a very worthwhile fighter.

Bell has looked good thus far, but against a pretty piss poor level of competition.

Dude needs to get a move on, he is nearly 34. Getting stuck into some of the women on Hollyoaks might have proven to be a distraction for him :lol:

Absolutely awesome amateur... Not been much of him on TV but he can box with the best of them.

Yeah fight will be on the Khan-Barrera undercard. JOhns sister also posts under here under the name muay thai chick as im very rarely on here due to fatherhood dont get the time anymore!!!

I'd strongly fancy Simpson to get the job done, Bell's decent and his fight against Fehintola was a *******. Bell was imo slightly unlucky to lose that fight(it really could have gone either way).

I just think Simpson is a class above and will be able to get the better of Bell whether they box or brawl.

Simpson will beat Bell. Probably by UD but would not be surprised if he ground out a stoppage.
