I know he's a big underdog, I know it would be a massive upset if Jennings pulled of a victory against Cotto but just imagine if he did.

Good luck Micheal!!

You can do it! :good

I hope he can pull it off,he will certainly make it a lot harder than the americans are expecting. It can happen look at Honeygahn`s win over curry.I will be cheering Micheal on for sure and wish him good luck.

I'm on. I wish him all the best . It's a mammoth task but nothings impossible.
Main thing is to hope he gives a good account and comes back safe and well.

Tough ask, Very tough.
Cotto is my favorite fighter but Michael Jennings deserves a break.
If he can give a good account of himself then he might open some doors for another shot somewhere down the line.

If there was ever a good time to be fighting Miguel Cotto it's now. It remains to be seen if he has recovered from the Margarito beating, or how it has affected him, hopefully he doesn't come back stronger for it.

Jennings on top form and in the right frame of mind will test him I'm sure of that.

Good luck Michael !!!

Cotto is one of my favourites so I will not be wishing him too much luck :smoke

I do wish to see a good performance from him though, hopefully much better than Lockett.

Good luck Jennings. You never know. Laing beat Duran. It could happen.

Hopefully Jennings is in the shape of his life and Cotto is taking him for granted. What follows is a smart Jennings outboxing Cotto and surving some scary moments en route to the decision.

I hope Cotto knocks him out.

(Sorry, but Cotto is one of my favourite active fighters, and I'm not going to root for the other guy just because he is British. Although, I hope this Jennings gives a good account of himself).

I can only wish The Lurcher all the luck in the world,he's a smashing kid by all accounts and a pleasure to watch box.
In every endevour a certain amount of luck is needed no matter what it is your doing and boxing aint any different,I hope Michael has that little bit of luck on his side on Saturday. He's a good boxer with good classic skills,I'll be happy for him if he gives a good account of himself and does himself proud, not getting knocked about on the way.Good luck Michael Jennings.

Ideal time to be fighting Cotto, dented confidence and effects of the beating he took at the (hardened) fists of Margarito. I see Jennings taking his chance and knocking out Cotto inside 8 rounds.
If he does lose i'm sure he'll go out on his sword unlike Lockett against Pavlik, who flat-out quit and ran away with a pay cheque.

I hope Jennings finds the luckiest/hardest punch of his life and KO's Cotto!

Realistically though I hope Jennings does his best and makes Cotto work harder than he thought he would have to

On paper it looks a mis match but Mick is a talented lad and seems to have the perfect attitude going into the fight. I would very much like him to pull it off but there are a number of reasons why I feel he won't and in fact think he may get stopped. The generally held view from insiders, in the know, is that he will put in an excellent performance and take Cotto the distance. Cottos long been a fave of mine but i'lll be cheering mick on come sat.

It does seem like an impossible task. I don't think he can outbox this guy. I doubt if he can outfight him. I don't think he's got the one punch to KO him. Not many options left...

But I've been thinking about him lasting the distance recently.

Maybe margaritos ruined cotto's punch resistance, if not im afraid to see jennings is gonna receive a savage beating particularly to the body.

Good luck to the guy but he only has a puncher's chance. I think Cotto will come out to make a statement and will knock him out in the middle rounds.
