it will be on ARD at 23:00 cet. i'm not sure how good his opponent is, his record doesn't impress me but i can't tell because i have never seen him fight. maybe it's just a warm-up match for bigger fights. when abraham feels his jaw has healed fully and he is at his peak again he needs to go after the elite, which he surely plans to do (he is not ducking anyone). i'm not sure about his management, the german boxing promoters rarely go to america or unify.

Maybe, but that Miranda fight looks worse for him now. I haven't seen much of Arthur, but hopefully he'll step it up in 2008. If both Taylor and Pavlik move up, it will be interesting to see what kind of competition he can even muster at 160.

Was'nt Gover a good amatuer?

I pick Abraham by late ko but it should be a good fight. I'm not watching it but hopefully i'll catch the highlights around.

I am looking forward to seeing how AA looks today. I can't wait until he comes to the states so he can be shown on HBO or Showtime. AA is underrated and has the potential to beat any middleweight out there.

Abraham UD12 Miranda was the result the last time i looked. You should watch the whole fight and not the propaganda spread by the Miranda team.
abraham didnt win convincingly, he only won because of mirandas point deduction due to a couple of low blows they should have a rematch

First, if you saw the first 4-5 rounds you would know there is no rematch necessary. Without that broken jaw Abraham was dominating Miranda and would have knocked him out similar to that what Pavlik did.

There is no 'without' in boxing.

So, you assume all boxers fight with broken jaws? :D

It wasn't some freak accident, it was broken by a punch.

Yes - on CCTV-5 from 2:00-5:00 GMT-time. This means in 2 hours time from now. This Chinese channel always wait an hour before showing the fight - cutting the 1 minute between the rounds. So if you can stand the chinese commentators and wait and extra hour not knowing the result - this is a chance. :bbb

Just watched it again, feel Miranda won a least 2 of the first 4 rounds. AA did not dominate at all.. Through the first 4 rounds EM was backing AA up all day... Stay tuned.. Re-watching the rest.

Do give Round 3 to AA

Miranda was moving forward yeah but only hitting Arthurīs arms. He didnīt land one clean shot during the early rounds while Abraham landed quite frequently. Ineffective agression donīt win rounds.

AA was waxing dat ass after the 2nd round.... :bbb

First, if you saw the first 4-5 rounds you would know there is no rematch necessary. Without that broken jaw Abraham was dominating Miranda and would have knocked him out similar to that what Pavlik did.
Second, if there would be a rematch it would have to be at 168 because Miranda will move since he has trouble making 160. Do you really think Abraham, who makes 160 easily, will vacate his belt just to beat a man he already has beaten?
Third, Miranda gave up his chance for a rematch when he fought Pavlik. Miranda was the number one contender for Abraham´s title. He could have been the guy who fights Abraham today. He decided to go after Taylor and fought Pavlik in an elimintor. Well, perhaps he knew what Abraham would have done if Abraham hadn´t broken the jaw and decided to go after an easier prey. It seems that was a wrong decision.

my bad, i got muddled with another fight i gave the first 6 to AA, I was
wrong sorry, i watched the highlights and miranda seemed to get the best of abraham jus watched the full fight,
AA must hav went through a world of shit when he was getting tagged on the chin after the 5th
