here is one of my Medicine ball routines that I do. This one is the lightest routine for boxing level 1. I have 4 levels of training I teach.

I tried to keep this one kind of light for the beginner and for people that are rehabing there shoulders. It's a good routine before your boxing or Kick-boxing routine.
