In a thread on here the other day I commented on the SSM/Cotto fight and showed some American pride and someone said they were suprised and fired up to see someone show some American pride about our fighters on this sight.

What have you done to be proud of?

How can you ask this question of someone you don't even know? You have issues. My Grandfather is a Korean War veteran, my Grandfather and Father started thier own successful farms, and I own my own Boxing and weight gym. I am proud to be from a country where we have the opportunity to pursue our dreams.

All other countries Boxing fans show national pride in rooting for thier fighters, and I am just saying I hope we can do the same and quit hating on each other!

Have you done what you´re grandfather and father did? No you haven´t, they have. so how can you be proud of that? You can be proud of what you did but i can´t understand how somebody can be proud of something he has done nothing for.
You can support your fighters, that´s your thing, but beeing proud of them? I think i will never get this.
