TKO? Really dude? Nate's standup did look good actually, really good. But Gov's standup isn't much to write home about, so that could be why Nate's looked so good. Rich is very technical and I just don't see Nate TKOing him standing. He may catch him though, you never know. I kind of see this going to decision with Franklin getting the best of the standup and Neutralizing Nate on the ground. :deal

Gouveia was picking appart Jardine when they fought and Jardine always had a good standup. Rich is technical, but don't like to get caught, and he will. Marquartd is very precise(apart from his superman punch, seriously, lets that stuff to your friend GSP) And he has faster hands, better technique in throwing punch and better kicks. More elusive than Franklin.

Well he was picking him apart just in the first round, because he was gassed after that. He has bad cardio , thats shame because a lot of talent.

We will maybe see Rashad trying that on Rampage or Machida, that superman punch:lol:

I love Nate the Great. He so entertaining, especially recently. But against Franklin he should get him down and GNP the shit outta him. His stand has improved plenty but Franklin's is better, i think. His GNP against Gouveia was quality stuff and great to watch.

I'll take Franklin in this one. Rich, take away the Silva and Machida annihilation is pretty much undefeated. I thought he won the Hendo fight. Richs highly defensive on the ground, Lutter had him in an armbar and he escaped rather calmly. He has the edge in standup, the cleaner striker. He is cerebral as well, which negates the vaunted Jackson strategy/preparation thing thats going on.

How does he have the edge in standup?? His punching technique still suck. Watch it, he throw his punch with the elbow out. His best asset standing is his precise feet. Sucks for him, Marquartd is good at being out of range for them and is himself a pretty good kick boxer.
