Dynamic Duo was a fight promotion company... they co-promoted Tyson vs Bonecrusher.

For SalSanchez: Rappaport & Jones were the 'Psycho Twins'

Correct! In 1987's title fight between Matthew Hilton and Buster Drayton, Hilton won a hard-fought fight by decision to take Drayton's world title belt.

At which division did this fight take place?

I believe Don King & Butch Lewis called themselves the "Dynamic Duo" when prmoting that heavyweight unification tournament, so if I was to venture a guess on that particular question, that would be it.
