Mainz was my biggest concern today, but they beat Hertha 2-1. So thats good to see hat my low risk high pay parlay is still intact. I didn't have any concerns on the top 2 bets, but Mainz is a good team, i seen them vs. my fav team Bayern(who btw beat Bayern 2-0)and they have some solid players. I also watched them when i used to bet on the Second Bundesliga.

The French are playing right now, but Bordeux don't play til later.

Bordeux is solid tho and Grenoble should lose, im thinking about 2-0 for Bordeux.

All the rest im goign to have to wait til the Champions Leauge games, Bordeux is the only one i have today.

I think Chelsea should beat Porto, Chelsea are home and they always manage to win, late goal or not.

A top 3 English team vs a top 3 Portugese team, its pretty common the English team will win, esecially at home. Porto ain't that apealing away.

My biggest concern by far is Atletico over Apoel. Im starting to think i should of left that out. Only reason is because i dont follow the Greek leauge much and a Atletico loss is possible imo... If anyone can give me their thoughts on this game and tell me if its risky and w/e let me know cause this game is my BIGGEST concern.

Bayern are a tough as team now. Ribery, Robben, Klose, Gomez, Shwiensteiger, i mean damn thats a tight squad. Robben is a beast too. They sucked the first 2 or so games but fear not, i watched all of Bayerns games and they played a bit out of space without Injured ribery and new commer Robben. They are going to tear some assholes now tho, belive that mother fuckas.

Ribery was always my favorite French Player, this guy is just a mad man :D

[Only registered and activated users can see links]

HEIL RIBERY!!!

:bbb

Its funny cause he might be overrated by a lot of people, but this guy is the truth. Hard working mother fucker, id kill for a fucking player like Ribery on my National Team. Only one can dream.

Ribery Do Boju!

I predict a 4-0 win for Bayern . Im a Bayern fanatic a bit, they are a really exciting team and I loive watching them every chance i get. Bayern just destroyed Borussia Bortmund 5-1, they were down 1-0.

I mentioned that because Bayern are a bit of a slow starting team. They usually dont pick up the pace until the 20th min...but when they do they are just amazing and fun to watch.

Bayern will beat the team from Isreal AWAY no doubt imo.

LiverPool vs. Debreceni VSC

I think Liverpool pretty much wins on default. I didnt do any research or anything on this Debreceni team, but i figured they are from Hungary, and im sure the best Hungarian team is probably not even on par to a mid level English team like Bolton per say or so...

Hungarian football isn't as good as it was back in the 50's and 60's...

They are still using old tactics from the 70's and aren't on par to teams like Liverpool.

Liverpool 3-0

Good luck all.

APOEL are from Cyprus along with the more well known Anorthosis Famagusta.

Their squad seems to be mostly Cypriots with a smattering of lesser known Portuguese and Greek players. On paper they aren't great, but it would be a tricky away game in Cyprus I'd imagine. The crowd would be well up for the occasion.

Atletico on home turf with the likes of Aguero, Assuncao, Maxi and Forlan would have too much.

As for Debrecen, that is an absolute banker for Liverpool. I watched a game with a Hungarian team in the Europa League, they were playing Fenerbache as I recall. They got played off the park and thrashed. Obviously Debrecen are champions but it doesn't say much for the quality of the Hungarian league.

I wonder what Australia were to win the ODI series 7-0?

That ought to have been worth a cheeky £2, knowing what England are like in ODI series against good teams, and the fact that you need to be wary of a wounded Kangaroo

Brett Lee was absolutely white hot today, as was pretty much everyone else.

Clarke and Ponting have owned Strauss in the captaincy stakes in this series - taking the powerplays at the right times, bowling changes, everything.

Poland have a real good shot at beating France. Im thinking the odd will be kinda low maybe somthing like 1,50.... but Im definatly going to bet on Poland to beat the Frogs. Poland is the hottest team right now in the sport.

Thats good, i usually dont bet over 100$ on a single bet. But somtimes when im super confident ill do about 300$ or so. I never lost a 300$ bet yet.

BTW these small low risk high pay parlays are worth a stab mate, not saying that im goign to win for sure but its possible. My biggest concern of course is Auxerre because they have been really horrible scince day 1(i watch all their games) but Ireneusz Jelen might be making a comeback in the second half.

Jelen is a beast, and Nice aren't that appealing and plus Auxerre are home. Even if you do the bet, just take Auxerre out then you will still make a decent profit.

TFFP

I'm nearly $200 up on the US Open

Won;

$75 Verdasco over Isner
$50 Verdasco over Haas
$25 Almagro over Ginepri
$50 Soderling over Davydenko
$20 Nadal over Gonzalez
$20 Djokovic over Stepanek

(all these were evens or close except the last two)

Lost;

$30 Serena to win
$20 Querrey to beat Soderling (Querrey was 2/1, he was on good form on hard courts and with the home crowd thought he'd pull it off..he got trashed)

Still to run - I had $10 on Nadal to win when he was out at 7/1. Not too hopeful that will come through since he has to play Del Potro AND Federer in a short space of time with a stomach injury.

France have been playing really shitty, thats why i used the Serbs.

I try to watch as many games as possible in leuages anything etc...

I seen France vs Lithuania, and man France sucked old man balls straight up. I think they only won 1-0, and scored in like the 85th min...

I remember that game because i had a 8 team parlay and the last 2 teams remaining that i had to win was France over Lithuania and Italy over Montenegro. After Italia beat Montenegro, all i had left is the France game and honestly i almost want to go out and smash my tv in after the first 85 or so mins of that game. That shit was riddiculous.

I remember watching that France game and man they looked so out of place vs this second teir eam from Lithuania. And France were HOME.

France sucks, because they have to many stars. To many Riberys, Henrys etc... all them guys are stars and having a team filled with just stars dont usually go well. You need more motivation as well.

This is also why i think Real wont win the CL or even the La Liga. Barca are much more supirior team imo.

andyZOR

1-0 Auxerre!

Jelen passed it to the guy and he passed it backwards/ tried to do a scissor kick, and he passed it to Hengbart and scored!

Nice play wow.

Its amazing, you can even see how this team progresses just over the fact of Jelen's presence.

yea man France are playing these second / third rate teams that should win a least 2-0 or 3-0, but so many 1-0 or even 1-1 games its like they really are in bad shape.

I remember when Nigeria outplayed that at Home, i know it was only a friendly but still...

Jelen is off in the 73rd min...for Daniel Niculae

Overall Jelen had a ok game. A solid 7 out of 10. He was important during that goal being he made one of the passes. But Jelen will be better next week for sure imo. He only trained for a day prior to this game.

Auxerre are playing St Etienne away next week, Jelen will most likley score no doubt.

2-0 Niculae just scored.3 mins later after Jelen came of..

Seems like Niculae is a lot rusty and is slowly getting a little better. But Jelen will always be supirior to Niculae, but Niculae is a good half time or 75th min or so sub for Jelen as we can see. Niculae scored on a 1-2 pass, goalkeeper had no chance.

Rennes are also winning 1-0..

My best are lookigng really fuckin good now.

The most important aspect in betting folks, is getting to know your favorite betting team as much as possible.

I like Auxerre because i know them and their style of play more than the bookies themselves do. I have probably won about 800 bucks in my life time on Auxerre games alone. This game was 2,10 for Auxerre to win. And Auxerre are home. The game snot over yet but its the 85th min so i think its safe for me to type this.

Trust me, I may be biased against Polish athletes, but who isn't to their own right? But Im telling you, Ireneusz is the Truth.

Bookies dont like Auxerre, because they are unpredictable team. Your going to have to do research and watch all Auxerre games to get to know them more than the bookies. The bookies just half ass the Auxerre games.

Yep.. The most i ever put a bet on somthing was Krzystof Wlodarczyk vs. Giacobbe Fragomeni.
I put 400$ on that mother fucker for Krzystof to win, at 2,00/even odds.

As you know, the fight was a draw, but my betyting website is awesome, they don't have draw options for boxing events, unless its a superfight. So if there is a draw, you get your money back ... so i didnt complain.

I put 300$ also on Sosnowski to beat Pianeta, but i didnt lose anything.

But deep down insdie, Wlodarczyk and Sosnowski respectfully won.

Now the rematch in Poland, Wlodarczyk will shit on him now imo.

Definatly putting 400$ on that bad boy. Belive that fuckin shit. :bbb

All i need is Atletico, Chelsea, Bayern, Liverpool, Klitschko, and Russia to win, and ill gain a profit of over 1,200$

Plus the money i risked which is like 388$..

I also put another bet for 22$ to win 72$

Turkey over Serbia, Klitschko over Oreola, Russia over Macedonia, Atletico, Chelsea and Liverpool (all CL games as seen above)

The odds for Klitschko were 1/12 at hills. There's no way id be touching that with a bargepole.

In fact,i had a nibble on the odds of 6/1 for Arreola.

i wish you all the best, the only concerns i'd have would be that Bayern munich are away, chelsea are without drogba bosingwa and deco and could struggle to create chances and the Klit fight where Areola is still a bit of an unknown and Vitali is only getting older

however i would pick the same outcomes that you have in those match ups so good luck
Thanks.

As far as Bayern goes, their team is much more superior to that from a team from Isreal. Even Away they should win. Im picking 3-0 Robben (2) and Ribery.

Bayern are great against these shit teams in the CL. Remember that 7-1 and 5-0 win vs Sporting Lisbon or somthing last year?

Bayern thrive on these weaker teams in the CL and score a lot of goals. Plus with Ribery and Robben back, nothing could go wrong.

Bayern 3-0.

Chelsea could be without a goalkeeper and i still see them winning :P

Outside of Portugal, Porto aren't that great and I dont think they are going to beat the one of the best teams in the English Leauge. Worst case senario is a 1-1 draw.

Areola is a unkown, your right, and you just awnsered your own question.

You think some unknown is going to beat the world heavyweight champ?

The only thing bad i see going for Vitali is if he suffered a injury ala Byrd, thats the only way i see Chris winning.

Ill wait til the weight in and my confidence could increase / decease.

Im 2-0 spot on in predicting the Vitali's last 2 fights(Picked vs. Peter TKO 8 and vs. Gomez TKO 9)

I actually put like 20 bucks on Vitali to win in the 9th round and won like 200 bucks :D

I think Vitali is going to crush him this time, Klitschko TKO 5.

Ponting looks in scarily good nick, the best I have seen from him since probably the World Cup of 2007.

His decision to give Mitchell Johnson the last over was a bit silly though, 18 (I think) from it.

I'm looking forward to the Champion's Trophy, without the bullshit 2nd tier teams in it - all that does is pad the records of average players.

Fuck knows. West Indies have a bollocks team out there don't they...would have gone for them as outsiders. Gayle loves it in SA, Sarwan, Chanderpaul are class and the bowling is workmanlike. But they've got club cricketers due to the contract fracas.

I dunno, I guess South Africa are fair favourites. There isn't much between them and India/Australia on paper, so home advantage might swing it for them. But then again, they'll bottle it.

I'll go Australia.

4/6 the fight going the distance is the most enticing for me.

I'm not seeing this KO unless Marquez gets really desperate. He wouldn't even have KO'd Hatton until he got desperate.

And if you look at Marquez's history against counterpunchers, when he faced Chris John, he didn't exactly go all out to make sure he won.

I think Floyd will be out to prove a point to the world here though.

if Floyd goes out and does a job on Marquez and stops him, he'll use that as a slight on Manny Pacquiao. You know what he's like......... "I laid the blue print on how to beat Hatton" "Oscar was Shot"...... This will be "I knocked out the man that beat pacquiao twice"

Floyd will be out for a stoppge here IMO and will probably get it, especially considering the new size difference

Don't expect too much. He'll be more aggressive than he was against Pacquiao, say, but he won't morph into a pressure fighter overnight. It will still be a tactical fight IMO, with Marquez trying to use any possible speed advantage.

Yes,Madrid are much improved but they still have massive defensive problems. The same bet last season was 5/2 so this appears to be too good to be true.

Did one only on Prem teams i think its solid enough. Im not taking anymore 60% risks anymore. Its all either 75% or higher, that Aopel vs. Ateltico started a bad trend.

Liverpool over Hull -75%, Man City over West Ham 80%, Tottenham over Burnley 85%

100$ to win 125$

Liverpool over Hull -75%, Man City over West Ham 80%, Tottenham over Burnley 85%, Hoffenhiem over Hertha Berlin 80%.

45$ for 100$

All are home teams and in good playing condition. More so worried about Liverpool than anything.

Hoffenhiem are coming off a pretty good win 4-2 over Borussia Moglabach, i seen the highlights, despite being down 2-0, Hoffenheim looked good and Hertha are is horrible shape. Havent won a game yet.

Plus Hoffenheim has some good strikers and also Isibevic is back to decent form.

Hull City kinda sucks, i dont remember them much but i always used to bet against them and i never lost.

Hull wont trouble Liverpool at home imo...Liverpool has to much of a better overall squad.

Man City is a hot team right now, and they are coming off a good game vs. Manchester U. West Ham only won, 1 game, while Man C only lost one and it was close.

Tottenham only lost 1 game. Totenham are in good form despite getting owned by probably the English champs this season, Chelsea. Defoe and Kean will tear Burnley up imo...

Burnley lost all thier away games so far, but are undefeated at home with Man U being one of their big wins. Liverpool beat Burnly at home 4-0 and i think Tottenham will do the same.

Thats what I am doing...

Oh, if you think thats my only bet for the football weekend, its not.

Im waiting a little bit for more Bundesliga updates and also Ligue 1. I think Auxerre are a sure win this week.

Right now i just decided to throw some down on the most confident ones.

Like really, i won't be bent over if lets say for example Keane couldnt play against Burnley...

It will decrease my confidence level a bit, but its still in a solid shape when you compare the quality of the teams involved. :thumbsup

Goals Galore have gone crazy. 52 games to choose from this weekend. Adding dopey league 1/2 teams who very rarely get beaten to nil.

only 10% of games need both teams to score for you to get 17/1 odds.

You know, bet365 have a goal/no goal coupon that is essentially goals galore and it extends to Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and Spanish Primera Liga.

It doesnt have the consistent 4/5 odds, however, some lines are as high as 11/8 where some are as low as 8/15. You can also bet that at least one team doesnt score but tbh i hate betting negative on football even when its blatantly obvious the opposing team couldnt score in a brothel

You could probably get bettre value for your 5 for on bet 365 if I'm being honest. But Goals Galore have taken £45 without return and I want to win on THAT coupon to pay them backk, even though I'm foregoing better odds elsewhere. Yes I know I'm weird

Does everyone put 'whoever Portsmouth are playing' as their first result?

I haven't done any accumulators, but have had a few fivers on various games. Everton to win :) and Leeds.... plus Arsenal.

Worth a cheeky £2 is the West Indies to beat Australia.... 159-3 chasing 276, around 7 per over. The pitch isn't doing a great deal, it was doing all sorts first thing.

Brave effort by the Windies.

No really enticing boxing bets this weekend.

Dunne/Poon...just not enough value for me. Evens each way, and that about reflects the fight. There is nothing in the odds that makes it a good bet. If the bookies swung one way or the other, 7/5, I'd think about it.

Vitali is too short to even bother. 2/9 for the stoppage is worth it as part of an accumulator.

Jonathon Banks 2/9 to win. I don't think thats a sure bet, Mora at 7/2 is more interesting. Mora has fought tougher bigger guys, and except against Ibragimov he's held his own. Banks isn't overly impressive.

David Diaz 4/11 to beat Jesus Chavez. I don't recall Jesus Chavez.

I'm leaving that well and truly alone. Diaz has been out for 15 months after being battered by Pacquiao. Chavez was beaten up and stopped by Katsidis last time....

Looking at Betfair, Vitali is 1/4 for the stoppage and 1/5 for the win, so I have left it alone..... would have to risk loads of cash to make it worthwhile.

If you beat teams like Arsenal and almost beat Man U away, than you have a great chance at beating West Ham.

Salzburg are beating my brothers bet 2-0 up against Villareal
Oh well, I'm £10 up overall since the parlay is coming through. Could have been so much more :|

Eikrem is an interesting player. Very good technically. Face looks like its been bashed with a sledgehammer.

To be fair when he joined he looked shit imo. Seen him a good few times for the academy and he was useless. Lately he looks a solid player. His goal was very good tonight. Agreed on the face my brothers call him shovel face

I lost a tenner on ****stan yesterday..... the odds on Betfair were still really good (4/1) when Australia collapsed to seven down - was too good to miss really.

4/1 - with Aus 7 down needing 30ish, not many overs left......

Never saw his earlier days, only recently got MUTV. Ole reckons he's impoved out of sight this season.

Josh King looks very good, and there is another Noggie in the academy making waves.

Think that Hussain runs the midfield in the games i have seen looks a good talent. King i really think will be a cracking player seems to have everything from what i have seen. Still haven't seen Peterucci. Progba is likely to be starting for the acadamey soon.

Robbie Brady is a cracking player he is Irish so there is a bit of bias there but at the milk cup i was looking for Revel Morrison and this Brady looked the best player there.

I like to watch them whenever I can too, they always play some great stuff, albeit in a wank league. Did Tosic play well tonight?

Josh King looks awesome, but I'm always cautious before saying these guys are going to make it. Anybody that saw Rossi in the reserves would swear blind he was going to make it.

Tosic was alright he disappears too much for me. Missed the 2nd half actually will probably catch it tomorrow on the replays (its hard to miss the replays). I like the look of Brows younger brother crosses the ball better  Not sure if i like him just because he is Browns brother or because he is good. De Lait looks a good player but can't see him breaking into the team for a long time.
Yeah Rossi was something else in the reserves but King has the physical side he was alwys going to lack hope he comes good. Macheda was shocking tonight as well.

One for saturday:

Swansea vs QPR 8/5
Bolton vs Spurs 10/11
Palace Vs Blackpool 2/1
Plymouth vs Scunthorpe 8/5

£10 - £380 4 aways. Villa beat me out of £400 last week

Arsenal over Blackburn, Bayern over Koln, Hamburg over Hertha, Barca over Almeria

120$ to win 210$

Arsenal are in pretyty good shape. They got good goal scorers in Arshavin and Van Persie who are showing good form. Blackburn havent won a Away game in the prem so far this season.

2-0 Arsenal

Bayern has a great squad in Ribery, Klose, Gomez, Olic... I think those 5 alone could beat Koln. Koln lack a lot up front and havent been doing so great so far this season.

So far Bayern are undefeated at home with 2 wins and 1 draw. Koln have only won 1 in 7 games this season....thier second win surley wont be against Bayern. Toniu might be making a comeback, and this guy might be bad but hes good vs these teams like Koln.

3-0 Bayern

Hamburg are one of the hottest German teams right now. Hertha are in shambles and are losing 6 in a row and barley scoring any. Hertha are going to get raped.

4-1 Hamburg

Barca are just on fire...lol...

Barca 4-0

Right then lads need some help please. Lost my bank card today so couldn't have a punt of the cleverly fight. I used one of my other accounts to open a bet365 account. Got some offer where they would replicate the money I put up on my first bet. I had to open an account with a tenner then deposit 15 quid. I had 40 then after it matched my 15 but it would only let me bet 25. I bet that on the stoppage and come out with 14 pound summat. It tells me though that I have to roll over the amount 3 times before I can take it out. Heres what my summary tells me..... What does this mean please

Total Balance 54.29

Bonus Balance 15.00
Deposit Rollover 15.00
Deposit Rollover Requirement 15.00
Stake Rollover 25.00

Don't worry about that shit, just withdraw the money you put in + the winnings you made from Cleverly (39.29).

It just means you can't withdraw it until you reach the stake rollover of 90.00. So you'll have the 15.00 bonus to use, you've gotta use it 3 times and get to 90 to withdraw.

Neither is tempting me greatly.

I don't see enough reward in the Froch/Dirrell fight. Froch is quite a solid favourite and I'd want at least 2/1 to think about betting on the unproven but talented Dirrell due to the question marks over certain areas of his game. The 9/2 for Dirrell on points is probably the best value in this market as he doesn't seem to plant his feet. A bet for Carl Froch and insurance policy of Dirrell on points is quite smart IMO.

Abraham is terrible value at 4/9 against a difficult style matchup. I can see why with home advantage though, and Taylor's recent form, but at the same time Abraham isn't known for a high work-rate and might lose a lot of early rounds. Will the judging by completely fair if it comes to it? Too many uncertainties, nothing doing here for me.

Agreed. Too many unknowns for AA-JT:

Is Taylor damaged goods?
Did Abraham look bad in his last few fights because he struggled to make the weight? If so, how much of an improvement can we factor in?
Knowing that Taylor has stamina issues, will he use different tactics and try to pace the fight better?
Are the judges going to be fair?
How does Taylor travel?
Will Abraham's power move up to 168?
Wouldn't want to stake my money on this one.

It's going to be interesting to find out. I think that if you had to assume, I would have thought that Abraham was weight drained down there. As soon as this tournament came about, he jumped at the chance to face the best at 168. There have been rumours of his struggles to make MW for a while now so you can only assume that he was staying there to meet Pavlik.

The thing is, I think he's going to look like a small SMW. The others are all pretty big units.

Abraham vs Taylor
Either to win on points: Evens - £50 returns £100 (Sky Bet)
Abraham stoppage: 9/4 - £35 returns £113.75 (Boyle Sports)

Taylor scoring the stoppage is highly unlikely - think of it like this: Abraham with a chin like Froch's, but he actually has a defence! :yep

A double that I will be putting on is Froch and Abraham to both score stoppages in their fights: £20 returns £201.50 (Sky Bet).
