I've only seen limited footage of Winstone but I hear alot of people say he had better boxing skills overall then Ken Buchanan.Of the footage of both of them I would say Buchanan had the better skills and much better jab.Anyone else agree?

Winstone had the better jab, i don't think anybody has ever had a "much" better jab than Winstone...probaby not buchanan either. He was more accurate with it than Buchanan however.

Just comes down to who you prefer really for skills. There is a lot of good winstone stuff up on youtube although some of it is past his prime.

Is there any footage that shows Winstone at his best?

buchanan had better footwork but Winstone probably had the better offensive skillsWinstone had the better jab (which is saying something) and was probably an even more fundamentally sound purist. Buchanan probably had the better overall offense though. Both had great footwork, while Buchanan utilized a lot more head and upper body movement.

They both had amazing jabs. You think Buchanan is better offensivly. They both had great footwork but i give buchanan the edge in movemment he was so hard to pin to the ropes.
