People probably say's about 230 lb, but i say'ed 245 lb. Full mature fighter...

He looked his best when we was between 240-250, above 250 usually ment he was out of shape, and below 235 he wasn't carrying enough muscle.

i thought lewis peaked around the golota fight throught until his 2 nd fight with holy......... peak weight between 242 lbs and 244 lbs

Lewis looked good in the 240's. He seemed to carry his weight much better than Riddick Bowe did.

I've always felt around 245 was his prime weight.

The pre-Steward version, more like around 230.

Physical prime lower 230s, technical prime 240s. A fighter has different primes for different aspects of their game

Lennox was so much faster and dynamic when he was weighing in the 230s.

I agree. The younger Lewis, was significantly faster than the older Lewis, although he technically wasn't as good.
