Candidates:
Ola Afolabi - could do in his next fight but dont see him holding it for long or at all
Nathan Cleverley - got alot of potential but i would like to see how he fares against Euro. opp before i say anything
Matthew Macklin - euro maybe
Darren Barker - high chance
Craig McEwan - very high chance i think maybe best british fighter
Jamie Moore - maybe a title shot and a lucky win against an old champ but not holding it long but wish he could
Ryan Rhodes - get a shot but be a nearly man
Matthew Hall - no to limited skill wise
Kell Brook - again want to see him in euro class but has a high chance
Paul McClosky - dont know alot about him
John Murray - fair chance, me and mcallsiter was speaking about this, he needs to move his head more and use more angles then he has a real chance
Amir Khan - probably a WBO until he fights a puncher then no more title
Kevin Mitchell - very good chance
Paul Appelby - would like to see euro. level
Rendall Munroe - i think so if he keeps improving
Ian Napa - hope he can

I think there are a few there, I think the following are the most likely to get world title shots in the next three years.
Khan
Napa
Munroe
Cleverly
Brook
Afolabi
However, these are the few that I think will be able to hold onto a world title.
Khan
Cleverly
Brook
Although, talking about three years into the future is hard, as things in boxing chnge quickly.

Probably not at SBW; that division is as packed as hell.
He could at FW; that division is as barren as the Sahara.

khan no doubt has the skills but as soon as he fights a puncher his title is gone

The sad thing is I can't say I'm confident about any of these winning a world title!
The only one that stands out to me as having better than 50/50 chance is McCloskey. If he was matched against Kotelnik I see him winning for example.

khan or mitchell because they are with the best promoter, allot of the others are not even world ranked like barker.
afolobi is not british.

Cleverly. Mitchell, Moore and Murray are ones to keep an eye on as well.
Khan obviously the most likely to get a title shot.

How good is barker? Haven't seen anything of him, he's got a decent record looking at it but obviously he hasn't been in with anything top class yet.
I think Jamie Moore has a shot and is a real hope of title in the immediate future. A few of them if they continue to improve could do well but it's a bit early to say for a lot.
If Barker had a good chin and a little extra power he'd be a real contender for a belt in the future. Even with his current power he could probably do something, but I see his chin letting him down big time. Down to a journeyman badly twice in one round.
He has everything else. Superb jab, footwork, fluid puncher.

Oh another glass jawed Brit, the general forum will love it. :D Suppose his chances at world level aren't too great if he can't take a shot. Sturm doesn't have great power but Abraham and Pavlik might be trouble if it's the case.
