come on Jeff even if Barerra was shot was still a very very very dangerous fight. he was no more shot than Jones Jnr agaisnt Calzaghe.

Casmayor could knock out Khan..I think there are easier options for Khan

Casmayor would be a good fight, he is a real lightweight plus he has got good rankings, Cas is ranked No.2 by Ring. Winnable but a hard fight for Khan.

Tough one IMO...Casamayor is much less shot than Barrera if at all. Casamayor can bang so could easily be lights out

Khan will destroy him. Khan needs tests but unfortunetly no one in the lightweight division can match his brilliance. I have a feeling that ****** and Khan will try and get the winner of Pac vs Hatton and use them as a stepping stone to harder fights.

So as Casamayor was stopped by a great fighter in JMM he will be easy for Khan?
Casamayor still has enough left to beat Khan.

I think Casamayor would beat Khan - slick moves and a couple of 'hoooooks' (McCrory) and he would be 'gone' (McKenzie)
He's definitely not as shot as Barrera and is bigger then him.

Casamayor is a great fight for Khan if he wants to fight top level guys. Casa is past his best but still on top. Casa ko'd Katsidis and was drawing with Marquez before being stopped.

Totally agree.
I hear Mayweather would only come out of retirement to fight Khan.

No i don't think it will be such an easy walkover for Khan, Casamayor lost to a very good performance to JMM, he will cause Khan problems, test his chin.

Called this a while back on a Khan vs Diaz thread. The article doesnt suggest anything though. Just that Casa is injured. Dont know how that suggests that Khan could be his next opponent...

Casamayor knocked out much younger fighter Katsidis less than a yr ago that was a great fight. Something Juan Diaz didnt even come close to doing. Casa lost to a P4P#2 fighter in 11 competitive rounds after that. The man has been and still is one of the lighweight fighters out there. So this fight is certainly very credible.
Get the feeling Khans fight will be in the US from here on, I think Khan is losing popularity at home. Surely, ****** will be looking to establish him in US.

Casamayor has been a lightweight for over 7 years so weight is a non-factor.
