Do you need rest days between exercises like press ups, pull ups, dips, sit ups etc?
I know you're supposed to have something like 48hrs rest between weight exercise like bench press etc. So is it the same for body weight exercises? Does it depend on how many you do because you hear people saying they do 300 press ups per day.
