Lacy is much more polished...I actually think he is physically stronger, hits harder, and can take a better punch. Lacy by TKO (mid to late rounds in a great war)

Miranda is an exciting, slightly dirty brawler who is good for T.V, he was able to bully guys around at middleweight.

A great contest for a few rounds until Jeff takes over and stops him late.

I think Lacy may have been ruined by Joe, only time will tell. Could have been more his reputation, Jeff was pushing into some peoples p4p lists, a win over Joe would have put in him in there.
Now I cant really consider Lacy an elite fighter, he may become a champ again but I dont think he will be a force.

Hard to say what either of these men have left...I think I would lean a little towards Miranda, because of his superior skills. Lacy is a straight forward fighter who still has not mastered using angles and head movement.

Pavlik may have ruined Miranda. That was a viscious beating he took and his confidence and bravado may be damaged a bit. It only takes the slightest bit of doubt to completely change a fighter.

lacy has a great chin tight punches throws big hard punchers against miranda edison fights well against boxers who like to keep there distance and pick them off he just has a big reach hits super hard and isnt afraid to go toe to toe with the harder puncher.

but in the end all. lacy is to techinical correct and fires easily seen but very tight and very destructiv e punches.

From what I have seen of Miranda it looks like he has long arms. Not sure, but I think he has a reach advantage on Lacy. Given that both of them are come ahead sluggers, it would seem that the winner is likely to be the first one to land a big hit. In that situation a reach advantage could prove to be vital.
