Does anyone have any information about him and his potential in the pro-ranks ?

I think he's the same age as Tyson Fury , the Brit who is being hyped to an extent at the moment.

he beat Tyson Fury in the Europeans but also won the World juniors stopping all his opponents.Sounds like a beast but ive not been able to find much info on him either.Would love to know his physical attributes, height,weight, style etc.

Don't know much about him unfortunatly. He's still very young. DoB 07/10/1988. He was a dominant force in the juniors. Had his first senior Russian championship this year and lost in the quarter finals on countback. Here is the only picture i can find of him:

I saw Babanin once in Finland, I believe. He lools totally out of shape, overweight guy. He has good skills and very nice speed, but no power. I believe that in the amateur ranks he can go very far, win the olympic gold in 2012. But as a pro... I can´t think it would suit him.

He boxed in the last Russian nationals. I think he lost in the quarters, this is a vague memory though. He's still boxing I think.

Yep, in 2008 he won the Southern Federal Region championships to go to the nationals. He's on the reserve of the Russian national team, but not on the main team.
