Bloody good matchmaking this fight in my opinion!!!:good
Stable mate vs stable mate, fringe contender vs fringe contender,a true crossroad fight. The loser will probably kicked out of Kohl's stable.A win-win outcome for the German promoter but one of this pair will bite the bullet and probably look for another employer or retire.A lot is at stake!
Wilaschek is a former German amateur star who cant -usually-crack an egg with his soft punches and who seems to be -in a way-Ottke's brother in arms and twin.
He usually tricks his opponents into taking a nap in the ring outpointing them over the distance with a safety first style.
Nevertheless,he showed a game and entertaining performance against his last foe,the well known German based Berrio conqueror and contender Stieglitz. In fact,he almost took Stieglitz out and made the water extremely hot for the more experienced Stieglitz in their encounter.Stieglitz won a split decision.
Wilaschek has to up his game or will be out of it for good.I am absolutely positive that he knows this as well.
He wont be able to fight a tactical fight against Sartison. He has to impress his promoter and the crowd.
Well, his opponent Sartison,a German-Russian,is in a similar situation. He showed a very game performance in his shot at Kessler, but he was the one who got the short end of the stick most of the times in their encounter.
Without any doubt he has a better fight record than Wilaschek whose only recognisable foe was Robert Stieglitz.
Like Wilaschek Sartison isnt known for his firepower.Neither he nor the German-Pole are the ones who wage war in the ring trying to shed blood as early as possible in a fight.
Sartison is probably slightly more versatile than Wilaschek and has the edge in speed, but seems to have the upper hand in defensive skills.
Neither figther can really afford to stay inactive or take a breather for long in their upcomming fight which has all the ingedients to be fun to watch and make the audience sit spellbound in their seats.
Very good matchmaking and probably more interesting than the main event, a rematch between Sidonrenko and Moreno.
I am looking forward to their fight!:yep
