If it is for talent, I would pick 90's. In 70's they're bigger fights

Both decades mentioned have talent rich divisions. The 90's guys didn't quite face off quite like the 70's guys. However, the fact that 90's fighters didn't square off when they should have is not my most contributing factor.

My most contributing factors are George Foreman and Larry Holmes. Larry Holmes did most of his work in the 80's, but he began his reign in '78. Anyway, Holmes and Foreman are 2 of the best fighters the 1990's had to offer. Holmes and Foreman were in their 40's, and were able to compete with the 1990's best still in their 20's.

Its quite a hard one,we had some good fights in the 90s but for me the 70s list of fighters is slightly stronger. Both good decades though.

Ill have to think about it. On a side note, I think the big alpha champs of the 1980s were more talented than the 1990s. I also think after the top 5 of the 1970s, it gets dramatically weak. Not alot of depth.
