They should just make a weight called..
"The Weight Division"
There is not limit to this division and anyone can go in it.

Im sure mayweather was 145 when he fought de la hoya and MW

just joking he seems an alright fighter but isnt fibreweight just minimum weight

I don't see anything wrong with new, smaller weight divisions. Weight differences between fighters is more crucial at the lighter weights, this move would means the really tiny guys get their own division. (Even if they're the only one in it).
It's not like they're restructuring the whole weight division system.

Mayweather-DLH was at light-middle, 154. Floyd weighed in at 150. ;)
