This is a great matchup of 2 of the best at light welterweight and i think it has the potential to maybe become fight f the year,i think this fight will come down to who has more heart,because both guy's have skills and they can fight.

I i think that holt could possibly become the best in the division,because he learned from his early mistakes and since then he's become a better fighter.

We all know torres gave cotto the toughest fight of his career and we'll see if torres can handle a very fast handed fighter with great skills like holt.

I'm suprised this fight isn't mentioned that much,because it could end up being a great fight with both guy's getting knocked down,i remember when marquez vs vazquez 1 was made i said it would be fight of the year,but now i have the same feeling about this fight and possibly cintron vs williams if it happen's in december.

Looking forward to this too ! Kolt has been on UK TV a couple times on the Friday Night Fights reruns. I really enjoyed his fight with Rangel. Holt is a crackin boxer , great movement but Torres is a big puncher so who knows what way this will go. I agree Sug this should be getting more attention I think this could be a belter ! :toney

Kendall will not underestimate Ricardo as others have in the past and he has all the tools to completely dominate him.

Holt didn't look that great against Aranoutis or Rangel. He basically beat Mighty Mike because MM stood around and didn't do much the entire fight. Yes, Holt beat MM more convincingly than Torres did, but MM just wasn't the same fighter between those two fights. If Holt looks like he did against MM against Torres, he's in for an asswhuppin. If he looks like he did against Hlatshwayo, then the fight could be a barnburner.

I agree with this also, more towards the TKO though as Torres has shown chin liabilities against Mighty Mike. Torres is also tailor made for Holt.

When Holt fought Thomas Davis and Jamie Rangel he was incredibly exicting but it last fight vs Arnatouis I turned the TV off for it was as bad as watching paint dry.

I agree that this should be a very good fight. I like Holt by decision but Torres has a legit shot at scoring a k.o. It would be nice if this bout made its way to t.v. it was originally suppose to be on the Morales-Diaz card a couple weeks back.
